Why CCTV at local club could prove crucial in William Tyrrell case

CCTV shows the car of a Kendall neighbour leaving a tennis club after hearing police get a call more than hour before William Tyrrell's Triple-0 call.

I know this has been discussed before and I know there are inconsistencies (could have been any number of missing children)which aren't able to be explained BUT :-

RD - Thought he left the Tennis Club at 10.15 just after policewoman WH received a call about a missing child. (10.15 would have tied in to the original FFC timeline of when W could have gone missing)

BUT the CCTV times had issues and the corrected time RD left the Tennis Club was corrected to 9.43

And the reason RD said he left was due to the phone call WH received? Seems a weird reason to leave considering WH wasn't even playing tennis. (I know it could have been coincidence or he was planning to do something totally unrelated)

Maybe RD didn't want to reveal a conversation that he overheard the details due to its sensitive matter?? MOOO


Just running with that idea - if RD have heard more than he wants to reveal about that phone call because interestingly 9.43 could have been when W went missing.

Only If the photos at 9.37 are in question!! MOO

If Wendy Hudson has told the Inquest (Behind closed doors) that she had initially learned about William's disappearance during that phone call at the Tennis Club, that would create an additional timeline for events (Such as the FM drive and possibly the photo times).

Which airport did she pick up her sister from? I would say her sister lived interstate? Either way there is no report of a second drive to the airport or that their friends flew in. If it wasnt mentioned in the inquest then it didn’t happen.

We need to work with the evidence given at the inquest though. If that is what Wendy said then that is what happened. We could speculate all day about who may have been recalled and what they may have said. I’m not sure what is the relevance of a member of the public’s comment?

Of course, Wendy Hudson's phone records need to be checked, it's a no-brainer. It would either rule in or out Mr. Donoghue's evidence, the case is blown wide open if phone records supported what he says is true. If there was any resistance to confirming who she was talking to that would raise a red flag.

I have no doubt police checked Wendy’s phone records and likely the CCTV from the tennis club. That would be why her evidence is accepted as fact and Mr.Donoghue wasn’t even asked to attend the inquest.

You could very well be correct, that her records were checked etc.

However, you could view it this way too; Mr. Donoghue's not being asked to give evidence at the inquest because it potentially goes against the abduction narrative. Recall the bold statement by Craddock "proof of life " , when then discover the discrepancy with the timestamps later during the inquest.

<modsnip> There is so much to lose in this case for FACs - police handling. Thus I'm that doubting Thomas when it comes to why some evidence/testimony wasn't presented at the inquest etc.

Hudson was well known to the foster grandparents, that is a fact.

She asked her sons, Jayden, 19, and Blake, 16, if they would come with her, and they immediately agreed. They jumped in the car and she drove around to William’s foster nana’s house. They knew each other reasonably well, since both were active in the Kendall community. They had, at times, been members of the same committees. She asked her what had happened. William’s foster nana told her they had been outside on the deck, having a cup of tea.

JMO, it might have been comforting to the Fosters that the FGM personally knew Constable Wendy Hudson who attended quite soon.

Don't we think it would be convenient to know your local cop in a small community? The FGM was heavily involved with the local Kendall community for many years before she took a step back. Even lobbying for grants for projects to assist the community.

Imagine a scenario where an incident occurs at your house, you're in a state of panic, what should I/we do? Perhaps I call my local cop to seek advice on what they recommend. That is the context I suggest could've played out on the morning of September 12th. There's no disputing, that Ms. Hudson leaves the courts not long after Mr. Donoghue, but what causes her to do so? It might not have anything to do with William, it could've been with another youth matter, unrelated, that prompted someone to call her.

I'm not suggesting for a minute that Ms. Hudson has done anything wrong. However, if something has happened where an incident needed to be covered up it puts her in a compromising position if she has taken a call that morning, off duty, from the FGM.

That is a scenario that should be (needs to be) checked. We have no idea if the investigative team has done this.
