I have faith that there are some decent people on the Tucson PD force who want Isabel's killer to go to prison. Isabel's remains were recovered. This ends the possibility that she is alive somewhere in Mexico or California. Because it wasn't happenstance that her remains were found, the police clearly have either an eye witnesses to the dumping of Isabel's body, testimony from someone involved or a confidant, phone pings from the dumper, surveillance video near site where she was dumped, or gps data from the dumper's car. The police have surveillance videos of the front and back of the Celis' home from multiple sources. They also have evidence from Isabel's home and window screen. When the toxicology tests are completed on Isabel's bones and hair, I believe there will be one or more arrests.
