I am still waiting to see when Melanie is going to be charged with conspiracy. Unless she made a deal to testify against LVD. We didn't see her much at the trial in Idaho.

And conspiracy to kill her ex, Brandon Bordeaux...I totally see her involved.

Lori's niece is Melani and the friend Melanie. So far I don't see a basis for the conspiracy charges. There's no proof that they knew that murders would occur. That said, Melani likely gave Brandon's location to Alex. It would probably take a lot more circumstantial evidence to convict her in his case. Chad repeatedly declared two husbands zombies and he's likely not answering for it either.

AZ – Brandon Boudreaux (34/now 38) attempted murder on Oct. 2, 2019 in Gilbert, AZ. *Lori Norene Vallow (46/now 50) indicted (2/24/22), charged & arraigned (12/7/23) with 1 count of 1st degree murder premediated. Plead not guilty. Held without bond.
Trial set to begin on 8/1/24 for both cases.
Judge Monica S. Garfinkel. DA Treena Kay. Defense attorney Keith Terry.

2/16/24 Update: Both Cases: Conference reset/continued from 8:30am to 8:20am on 2/21/24. 2/21/24 Update: Hearing held. Vallow's defense says they are still waiting for 20 TB of discovery evidence. Vallow chooses not to appear at the next Complex/Capital Case management hearing on 4/24/24. Striking pretrial conference hearing on 3/28/24.
4/22/24 Docket update: Order-that the defense counsel restrict dissemination of protected information contained within. 4/17/24: Notice of appearance. Order signed.
ID – Vallow found guilty of all charges & sentenced to 3 consecutive life sentences without parole on 7/31/23.

LV’s Defense team, their staff and their Investigator are ordered by the Court not to share any of Kay’s personal contact info, etc from her phone with the Defendant Lori Vallow .
