(MCME) These female skeletal remains were found east of Luke Auxiliary, south of Happy Valley Road.

(Doe Network) The decedent was located south of Happy Valley Road in Wittman, Arizona on January 24, 1976. The body was near the Luke Air Force Base.

There’s nothing out there about her disappearance. I think this is worth submitting even though the timeline is a bit off. 1/1/71 is very vague!

Take a look at that terrain on Google Maps. Decades of development haven't reached the location.

Haven't figured out the North Phoenix Raceway Park -- if this is an abandoned track or a dirt track.

My guess is that some of these facilities were part of Luke Air Force Base mentioned? When bases close, parks are often created from the land?

Haven't been in Arizona since, oh, 1985 or 1986 myself.

Been here over 25 years (as well as a spell in 1979-81 for boarding school) and have never heard of "North Phoenix Raceway Park" - Luke AFB is not in what is considered "North Phoenix". Luke is still very much open and active.

One of her pages lists a Luke AFB Annex. IDK if this was a recreation area for the base, a firing range, anyone know?

Google Maps shows a road as North Phoenix Raceway Road. Google only produces the current active track.
