A source close to the case told WESH 2 News that Cheney Mason was supposed to arrange a security detail to lead Anthony through a hidden entrance. The arrangement was changed and she was walked through the front door instead.

The source said Anthony was crying and very upset after her arrival.

Oh boo freaking hoo!!! I bet there were fisties and stomping feet because the princess didn't get her way. I really hope the court doesn't grant her bankruptcy! I just love those expensive clothes that I could never afford! So why couldn't she claim her wardrobe? BS!!!!

Thanks so much for your comment AZLawyer - you have cleared up a couple of questions I had. I understand why Rossva was asking the questions because none of us were too sure. Appreciate you coming to our rescue again with "THE FACTS". :seeya:

:waitasec: So, lets say she gets her bankruptcy approved........could a class action on behalf of the taxpayers of the state of Florida be filed against her and JB for fraud and repayment of the money as a result of the indigency papers?

I bet she is even PO'ed that she has to even be there.

I hope she gets even more upset when she has to pay back everyone.

Some like to describe it as protectively escorting her under the protection of his arm - I call it dragging her in by her head.....:great:
 
Admittedly I haven't followed this bankruptcy stuff. Will she have to divulge how she is paying rent, utilities, food, etc? That's considered income - ain't it? Inquiring minds want to know. Who's supporting her? Where's the money coming from? Won't she have to tell?

Her attornies relationship with her always seemed way over the line to me.. What attorney has that kind of physical contact with their client?

what is he? Her personal body guard? :floorlaugh:

Well of course she was - it's worked for her before....

I don't know why they are saying that about the hidden entrance - because other news sources have been saying there is only one way in allowed because it is a federal building - through the front door - it doesn't matter who you are.
 
I think her life is no so bella vita after all. I don't think she is enjoying any of this attention period. The pictures today prove it.

If she was enjoying any of this attention, she would not cover her face with her hand when she was inside the car when photogs were taking her picture, no sunglasses to cover her face etc.

And def. no crying and getting upset.
 
Is anyone tweeting from inside the courtroom or is there going to be a report later? I haven't seen any tweets so far...

Hi Aedrys - :seeya: ! It looks like it either isn't allowed or reporters weren't allowed in - not a peep so far that I can see.

Wonder if the photographers are camped out waiting for her to leave? Will anyone follow her?

He told WTSP in Tampa that there has been a $50,000 bounty on her head ever since July 2011, when she was found not guilty of killing Caylee. That's why she's been in hiding, he said. Safety concerns are also why the judge has allowed the hearing at 1:30 p.m. Monday to stay in Tampa instead of moving it to her hometown of Orlando.
