No! No! Its better to think of him languishing in that prison block, all alone.
This is a guy whose ego is huge and he needs attention like we need air.
I want him to sit all ALONE for his whole sentence.
I doubt Camille can get him out. The judge saw to that....said he can appeal from inside. Yessiree!

I see BCs' lawyers have asked the court to overturn the sentence and conviction.
Good luck with that, I say with my tongue firmly planted in my cheek.

Bill Cosby’s Lawyers Ask Court To Void Conviction, Prison Sentence

Another link to Felon BC lawyers attempt to get him out of prison...theses are some of reasons in this article

    Reasons
Judges said BC should be in prison to protect community
    Sentence was too ‘punitive’
    Felon is blind
    Felon is 81
“Evidence never proved encounter took place in 2004, not 2003....and Cosby was never arrested within 12 year time limit”
Judge would not let defense key witnesses testify for felon

    And there probably is more

    Thanks JDG for your update

Bill Cosby lawyers launch appeal to overturn his conviction based on string of alleged errors
BILL Cosby’s lawyers have asked a US court to overturn the actor’s conviction and his three-to-10-year prison sentence because of what they call a string of errors in his sex assault case.

    Staff writers, AP
BILL Cosby’s lawyers have asked a Pennsylvania court to overturn the actor’s conviction and his three-to-10-year prison sentence because of what they call a string of errors in his sex assault case.

The defence motion argued that trial Judge Steven O’Neill erred in declaring Cosby a sexually violent predator who must be imprisoned to protect the community.

Lawyers called the sentence more punitive than necessary, given the standard two-to-three-year guideline range for the crime, and the fact Cosby is 81 and blind.

They also said the trial evidence never proved the encounter with accuser Andrea Constand took place in 2004, and not 2003, or that Cosby was arrested within the 12-year time limit.

Cosby was arrested on December 30, 2015, and was convicted at a second trial this April.
    ...
The defence motion said O’Neill improperly considered the trial testimony of five other accusers in sentencing Cosby, instead of limiting that “prior bad act” testimony to the question of his guilt or innocence.
    ...
The defence motion, dated on Friday, was posted to a public court docket in the case over the weekend. Kate Delano, a spokeswoman for the Montgomery County District Attorney’s Office, said the office will file a response. The motion was filed by lawyer Peter Goldberger, a top appellate lawyer in the region, and Joseph P Green Jr, who handled Cosby’s sentencing after more than a dozen other lawyers on the case had come and gone.

Whoever is in charge of such things should get Cosby's star removed from the Hollywood Walk of Fame.

    That would be great.:):):)
But I guess, how many other 'celebrity types', with awards, find themselves in these horrid legal cases.
Taking away their awards, would probably 'upset' them no end, as their egos may result from such fame.
    MOO.

These guys, the new lawyers, better be careful, as they may also not be paid.
    Surely BC has the money.

Saw a clip somewhere last week, said he's losing his mind. Thought he already had.........

BC kept getting away with raping women for decades, he became so brazen, and depraved, he took advantage of his position. He didn't even process how disgusting his depravity for self gratification had become, or how others would recoil from his criminal activity.

He still is in denial. Criminal thinking to the nth degree.

I wonder about BC's legal team.

    1. He should have taken a plea deal and settled, I am sure something reasonable was offered.

I guess that they went with what the client, BC, wanted...someone should have seriously sat him down and talked to him...but he probably wouldn't have listened anyway.

Yeah, Cosby goes through lawyers like toilet paper. I think this latest change-up has to do his appeal.

Cosby does go through lawyers, because he wants them to be magicians. He magically, does not want to be in prison for rape. Just wave a magic wand, and make it happen.

    Good luck with that.
