Bond being posted for Misty and Tommy?

I'm pretty sure no one is going to have the money to post bail for Misty. Besides, if she does make bail, just where would she go if she's released? Back to her mom and dad and the rest of the family? She would be right back in the middle of a family where a lot of them have served time and been bonded out too. Great atmosphere for her.
I can understand Lindsay trying her best to get Hank out on bail.
He's her husband and father of their children. She wants him back.

i know... was crazy i posted it on da chirp site after this thread and got no answer so i asked lurker & realized lurker asked at the same time as me

big difference in the amounts tho... so to me... if anyone should have $0 bond, it should be the one with all those big charges...

I bet because of these new warrants his original bond has to be changed by a judge. Those new charges are probably for breaking his probation. 0 just means no bond.

I agree - but what is strange is that yesterday the first one showed $100,000 and that was the ONLY charge.....
These other 2 charges have just recently (like in last few hours) showed up and the bond changed to $0 on the first charge...
Something happened to change it and to add 2 other charges.....we just don't know what!!!

Misty's has not changed - those are the same charges..

You are correct Whisperer, you have to have collateral to cover the balance of the bond amount. You don't get the 10% back if a bond agency put it up, but if you bond out yourself, put up the whole bond, you show up for court , you get your money back.

That's what I thought because, as I recall, Ron bonded out using his own 12,500 money as 10%. He gave it to the bail bondsman though so the state couldn't take any away for court costs. If the defendent pays any portion up front himself, then the State could deduct Court Cost or PD costs from what they paid.

Leave it to RC to protect his money...

The problem I am having is his bond was $125,000. Didn't they have to have collateral for the rest?

Search warrant may have produced more charges.
 
same charges yes but they didnt show out of county warrant yesterday they only listed the actual offense.... hers are still greater than tommys & yet her bond amount is a lot lower on there than what tommys is now LOL

On Tommy's I think I figured out the two new warrants/charges:

I think the bond company revoked his previous 2 bonds cause what caught my eye were the amounts....$5004 and $2504...those are PC numbers with the $4 added to each one....so he is now having to pay for the gun bond and the drugs in the van at the busstop bond again also....those are the two new warrants/charges....IF I'm correct....
still doesn't explain the $0 though....:waitasec::waitasec::waitasec:

If I read this correctly the $250,000 is ONLY the amt for the St Johns County charge....PC would have to be paid the other bond amts..... I think :waitasec::waitasec:
 
Maybe Tommy's bond was put at zero because the drug charges are out of Putnam County. Misty's bond (shown on the SJSO site) includes only the charges in St. Johns now, so maybe they are only showing their bond amounts ? Did that make any sense ?
 
Is there any crime you can commit in PC with no bail? This is crazy! These people need to have no bond.
