No story on WRAL yet, though.
Almost 2 years to the day he was arrested.
Arrested Oct 27, 2008.
Yes! A stellar week for Wake County.
Someone woke Rip Van Willoughby from his slumber this week...and none too soon!
LOL too funny.
Another early Christmas present. Two in one week - Santa really likes us.
RC and all, we must have been very good (posters) this year LOL
Isn't that the truth!!
Not sure where to put this but, the last half of this news report contains an interview with a gentleman from Interact and he does make some interesting statements that are directly related to Nancy. The report is actually about Janet Abaroa but it does go into Nancy's case a bit.
Thanks, RC! I've been away for a while and just saw the video. So glad to hear about Raven's arrest!
Change of Venue?
Raleigh, N.C. Attorneys for a Cary man charged with killing his wife more than two years ago asked a judge Thursday for a change of venue, citing extensive media coverage of the case.
Brad Cooper is charged with first-degree murder in the July 2008 death of his wife, Nancy Cooper. His trial is set to begin Oct. 25.
"A Cary man charged with killing his wife more than two years ago appeared in court Friday for a hearing in which his lawyers will argue for a change of venue."
The change of venue hearing was continued until September 10.
If granted, the trial will be moved to another county within the 3rd Judicial division.
