SHASTA COUNTY, Calif. - The Shasta County Sheriff’s Office is asking for help locating an at-risk missing man last seen two weeks ago.
Deputies said Alex Hays was last seen on March 10 near Old Alturas Road. Hays was last seen in a black 2001 Ford F250 Super Duty Lariat XL/XLT with a black camper shell. The truck's license plate number is 5LML964.
Hays, 59, is about 5 feet 10 inches and 177 pounds with blue eyes and light brown and gray hair. He also has a light gray mustache.
Anyone with information about Hays location is asked to contact the Shasta County Sheriff’s Office.

SHASTA COUNTY, Calif. - New details have been released about a man who has been missing in Shasta County for more than two weeks.
His son said his father's truck was found Saturday night in a ravine off Highway 299.
Alex Hays Jr. posted on Facebook that his dad's truck was found in Cow Creek east of the Diddy Wells CAL FIRE Station on Highway 299 east of Redding.
He said it appeared the truck had been there for some time.
