Gabriel Milane Menifee man missing, possibly kidnapped over pot dispute Authorities are asking for help from the public to locate a Menifee man missing since late May and the person suspected of kidnapping him. Gabriel Milane, 51, had rented out a portion of some property he owns near Perris for marijuana growing, Riverside County sheriffs officials said. Investigators suspect his disappearance stems from a dispute over the marijuana with his business partner, German Garcia Gonzalez, 24, of Romoland. Garcia Gonzalez has been charged with kidnapping and assault. A $1 million warrant for his arrest was issued in late May, but authorities have been unable to track him down and suspect he has fled to Mexico. There also has been no sign of Milane. Milanes family reported him missing on May 24, a day after he went to his property on Margarth Street in the unincorporated Good Hope area and never returned home to Menifee. Concerned, his family went to search the property, where there was illegal marijuana growing underway, search warrant records say. They found blood in an outbuilding and Milane was gone. http://www.pe.com/articles/missing-771352-perris-menifee.html German Garcia Gonzalez, 24, of Romoland, has been charged with kidnapping and assault in connection with the disappearance last month of a Menifee man.
