Completely agree and to be honest I wonder if she was escorting (sexually or companionship wise) or was having an ongoing affair with someone that lives there or has a spot there possibly and her friend said that she picked her up there and then realized oops. She is a grown woman and can do whatever she wants, no shade thrown but if friend did know she certainly wouldn’t want to make her look bad in public when she is worried bc she is missing and just wants help finding her.

I also feel like we don’t really know about the staff saying they were familiar with her and/or her dog. Again this was somewhat hearsay…that could simply be a doorman saying she and her dog looked familiar from just that day that they remembered seeing them or it could mean they were there often and they knew exactly why she was there and who with…again not enough context to know what that comment even means or really exactly what was even said.
I have wondered this too. At the very least, since we don’t know much about her personal life at all, I think it’s fair to say she was maybe attracted to danger, risk, and mystery. Clues for me would be the 007 stuff, work, powerful and wealthy men in her life, etc.

In fact, that is not an comolete description of JS legal jeopardy and perilous state of affairs. He got off somehow on the mastermind part of the maneuverings, but besides the 9 million dollar paltry sum payback, the SEC wants him sidelined. Every single other person involved in the web of fraud was sentenced and fined dizzying amounts. His time will come.
I’ll pull the SEC complaint over and the Judge’s subsequent negative verdict to JS bogus plea to have the Case against him dismissed last year. Reading through the trove of SEC filings is like being sucked into the swirling multidimensional Matrix of Criminal Investment Fraud amd Scummy Skullduggery. MOO MOO
Here’s the slap down , I’ll pull over the charges next.

I’m not disagreeing that he had part in that or that he couldn’t still possibly be involved in financially criminal things but I certainly don’t think that him offing HP would do anything other than hurt himself. Her word is no more daring than the evidence of finical trails as anyone can say anything. I find it hard to believe though that a) JS would be stupid/arrogant enough to continue doing what everyone else in great power did and got punished for knowing SEC has eyes on him but many times people think they are smarter, invincible and above the law b) that he would so sloppily use her name for LLCs that can be so easily traced back to him even a quick google search of his name shows she works for him you’d think he would distance himself more and c) that he’s risk being involved with a murder and that grave punishment over smaller financially criminal punishments MOO

Not to mention wigs, different hair colors and friends not knowing why she would be in a random building getting picked a year ago and then her dog being found there the day she goes missing too coincidental to me at least to not have any clue whatsoever

Maybe. But there is evidence out there that he has a dog-- it's just not from the MSM. And Seven was presumably his kid's dog too. And he'd already reported HP missing on Oct 20. I wonder if it slipped his mind when talking to LE the dog was with her the last time he saw her?

It's just weird to me that he got her phone on Oct 21 (weird IMO he took the phone from her house anyway but doubly weird if he took it but didn't check for messages) and at that time he said he knew someone had found the dog because he had a chip. Yet he didn't even try to see if a message had been left by the dog-finder for 4 days. Maybe there were lots of messages. But according to JW he didn't even look at the phone for 4 days after he got it. And he got it 4 days after she went missing. Like with the text to Bond, I just don't buy JW is that much of an airhead.

JW knew her dog was missing the first time he went inside her house. MOO

I also think it’s hard to believe is JS was committed this crime against her, was involved in it or orchestrated it that he would have done such a poor job. A random Sunday afternoon in broad daylight in DTLA in an area with tons of CCTV and a huge building with supposed massive amount of security. It’s so risky why not lure her further away in a more isolated area or when it was dark and less activity/witnesses around and when she didn’t have to up and leave game and have her dog with net etc it just doesn’t make sense.

Right but he also knew she and her car was missing as well so who was not to say she was just not at home and somewhere with her dog? I would think it would have been more alarming if her and her dog were missing but here car was there or her and her car missing but dog left at home. Seems like she took her dog many places so I would think he would have assumed they were all together missing or not no?

On Nov. 4, Planck's 2017 Range Rover was discovered in the underground parking garage of a residential building several blocks away, according to the LAPD.

There are two more Onni buildings very close to H+F - 825 South Hill & Level. Google Maps

I wonder if either of them have underground parking? Wouldn't that be interesting if Heidi's RR was found at either one.
Wow and looking at the map it would be the direction she'd be walking to get to H+F thru the Flowers Alley. MOO

Completely agree right? Literally looks like the exact path she would have taken leaving garage and walking down alley where she was caught on camera heading towards building. My ? Is though why the video of her walking down and back up alley or vice versa and how much time had passed in between?

I don't think we know that she walked down and back. If I recall that was all speculation based on not having her purse. MOO

JW said Heidi got monthly bonuses of $1,500. I’m not going to lie, it crossed my mind that those “bonuses” were from escorting or something similar, and not her day job. Jmo

The two video snips was walking one way showing her back and then walking then opposite direction and looking up in one of them…def different clips for the looks of it as they are different views/camera perspectives and she makes different movements in both and she had a “mask” or something in her right hand in one clip and not in the other. Her not having a prude was based on seeing her from the front and behind and there wasn’t one vision now however she could have tucked it in her waist considering people say that area is not the safest?

Agree but at the same time all he knows and can see other than what she tells him is her income statements which are used for custody/child support stuff. If she was doing that on the side there was no paper trail most likely so it’s odd he said that. In court docs you don’t see that either.

Why do we think LAPD “raided” her home and took evidence on the 29th? She had at that point only been reported missing and her car had not been found nor did they have a warrant for H+F to my knowledge…when did LE know that the dog was even found there so we know that date? And why does everyone say the SEC was still investigating JS? All I can find is that that was over in 2019 and there is nothing open and/or active?
There is a very very detailed instruction manual prepared by the DoJ for LE on how to handle MP cases. After the initial 72 hours when digging around seems to indicate a serious problem, LE has very strict federally imposed guidelines for how to search and recover evidence for suspicous MP cases, including protocols for how to retrieve personal articles that may have DNA. By the time of what we call the raid occurred on 10/29, RHD had taken over the investigation, so it was even more intense than typical.

I was addressing the charges against him.
Someone said earlier that this reminded them of the show Criminal Intent. Seems fitting.

Good point. But what would have been overly suspicious on the 29th that wasn’t when he made the report. What further info/evidence did they have 29th as opposed to days before? That’s what I was trying to nail down!

So there wasn't a text from Sunday?

At around 2:03 you can see part of a text presumably by Heidi prior to the son’s text of Mon, 10/18, 7:31PM. I don’t see a date for her text, but maybe this is her last text to him on Sunday. MOO

What I can see of what she wrote, says “a full text to talk about it” and guessing the next word is “later”. (Heartbreaking that ‘later’ never came. :( ) MOO

What’s also interesting is I don’t think either press source has interviews him…they say “he claimed, he says, in a statement” and they are all quotes from his declaration in the court docs but I dont think he has ever given interviews to with The Sun or Daily Mail but could certainly be wrong, what makes you think that?
Because he has not disclaimed their “exclusive interview” declarations. And they have been a source of info not found anyplace else.
He never spoke with local news at all until a couple of days ago, only Dateline and Nancy Grace.

Remember how he said in the only PC that there was bickering and disagreement with the friends over what and how to do things? He kept laying it off on lack of playbook. Power and Control to the bitter end.
I also suspect that is behind why so much of the early detailed descriptions were later edited out or negotiated away in those 2 publications. MOO
