    BPD: Missing at-risk adult female, last seen in Northeast Bakersfield

    The Bakersfield Police Department is asking for assistance locating an at-risk missing adult.

    Kristin Ramirez is described as a 31-year-old Hispanic female at 5 feet 9 inches and 300 pounds. She has short black hair, brown eyes and a tattoo of "MOM" on the inside of her right wrist and was last seen wearing a red robe and pink pants.

    Ramirez was last seen at 12:30 p.m. on Monday, February 11 near 6300 Cliffwood Way. She is considered at-risk due to a mental disability.
