David Gotfredson is the only person actually investigating. Thank you David Gotfredson!
Welcome . It's quite the mix of stories, essentially (and not at all trying or pretending to speak for the group) falling into the following scenarios (and all this from "memory" ... so I'll just MOO this all):I’m new to this case, I’ve seen it on the boards but am only now visiting it since I watched the latest episode of Disappeared.
Something is very fishy with KH and Dia’s friend Diane. Dia goes missing, and instead of throwing their whole effort into finding her they’re trying their best to execute her will? When they don’t even know if she’s dead! They’re more concerned with pointing the fingers at the kids, who probably had good reason to not want to be around the ranch to begin with (just MOO, there’s always more to these stories).
Dia is missing and Diane is having a ‘OK Corral’ type showdown to not let Dia’s son into the house? What?! GET OUT THERE AND LOOK FOR HER!!
Those two…something ain’t right.
“We know that there's income being derived there. We don't know where it's gone. We know there was a lot of money spent. We don’t know how it was spent. Mr. Harper indicated he's loaned money to the estate. We have no idea what those loans are, nor any evidence of that,” attorney Michael Wachtell told the judge.
Riverside County Superior Court Judge Russell Moore ordered Harper to turn over a long list of accounting records related to Abrams’ estate by Sept. 22.
Moore then set a Nov. 5 hearing date on a motion filed by Invenz to remove Harper as co-trustee of the Abrams estate.
This part seems like good news. The judge is unhappy with the lack of current financial records and is removing Harper as a co-trustee of the estate.
Otherwise I agree with @sleuther007 and @Curious Me . From the beginning, it hasn't seemed like anyone was looking out for Dia's best interests. No one had a good, clear explanation for what happened the day she disappeared, nor was there much effort expended to find her.
