How about Annalycia Cruz? Missing under mysterious circumstances in mid 1995 from Oregon. The records suggest that the child was taken across state lines.

It looks like there is a road / path down to the private beach behind that house from the Pacific Coast Highway (you can see it on the right side of the map screenshot). Not sure if it is gated / closed off but if not, it could be easy for anyone to get down there.

Since her death appears to be a homicide, I was surprised that the Los Angeles County Sheriff's Department, which would be the investigating LE was not listed as a contact on her NamUs webpage.

With all the child/baby cases being solved recently using DNA, it gives me hope. There are so many and I feel that is probably their only hope.

She wasn't a newborn, and that makes me think there are numerous people (relatives?) out there who know she existed. Where do they all think she is?

Here is a 2-year-old, Brianna, who went missing on March 11, 1996.

and according to Charley Project, Brianna's non-custodial mother is from California and they "could have gone there."

Here is another baby listed in NamUs, Skyla, but the dates might not match-up. She went missing in October 1995 but might be a possibility, if her parents still had her with them in March 1996.

She would have only been 9-months-old then, though. And LE believes she died in October 1995.
Charley Project does say her parents traveled the west coast...

the baby was already skeletonized by 5-10 days?

I think she weighted more than 15 pounds, that was likely the remains that weighed that, and some teeth may have fallen out. she presumably could have washed ashore if found on a beach.

Sea gulls? Crabs? Not a great picture but might explain it.

I'm overjoyed to say that on October 6, 2022, I found my daughter, Alexandra Marie McIntire. She's alive, healthy and wishes to keep her identity private but the NCMEC and FBI have been notified.
