    I am wondering why this man was registered to vote and was receiving crop subsidies from the government in the years after his disappearance.

    The Charlie Project Source Information comes from California Attorney General's Office, which no longer has him listed as missing

    Maybe he passed away recently and wasn't missing for the past few years? Wonder what the removal of his listing means.
