No one. It is self published, available for 99 cents on kindle, from the cloud, if anyone ever bothered to look at it.

Now it is probably being downloaded, for the novelty of it, since we know he is a murder suspect now.

Geez. What is he doing that necessitates a mesh hood? That's usually reserved for biters.

FINALLY. I cant believe I missed the news that they finally arrested someone.

Isnt this the same guy that was arrested awhile back that had a gun on a trail?

I always wondered about that guy because his story sounded fake why he was out there with a gun and it was a no hunting area.

It makes perfect sense this is the type of individual responsible. A lot of us knew it had to be one person involved in the multiple shootings.

So happy they finally got him.

If they have ballistic matches on the bullets fired from his weapon then I dont understand why they are blurring his face everywhere. We dont need eye witnesses when ballistic matches. Plaster the creeps face all over the news so we can see the creep.

They have every right to file this suit IMO. Even after his murder it was like pulling teeth to get the park to post signs in the area that a random shooter/killer was on the loose. They were way too hush about everything.

Weeks after the shooting people in the area were screaming to LE to put signs up or something. It took news reporters and Non-LE to dig up information about all the other shootings before LE would admit to the other happenings. And Im sorry but that Malibu local paper did a great job IMO bringing attention to what was really going on in that park area. They were one of the few local papers reporting on how serious this was.

All signs were pointing to a random shooter for years and the Park did little to nothing to warn other campers.

This should be a lesson to all state parks everywhere. Warn the darn public when you have a random shooting incident that you have no idea who is doing it. Or any danger whatsoever like wild animal attacks or anything. We the public have a right to know about news that can harm us.

It was insane to me the lack of warnings to the public about all the shootings in the area. Multiple vehicles and people were hit with bullets that spanned years.

I expect more lawsuits in some of the other cases and IMO they have every right to be mad that they were not warned of danger. A lot of people would have chosen not to camp there or be in that area. Too bad if they lost business by warning people by having a sign or two. Let the public know what is happening in and around the parks and let the public choose whether they want to be there or not.

We have a dead father and 2 kids with no Dad because of no warnings or signs. And a camper in a hammock that was badly wounded. As well as phsychological damage to the female who was shot at while sleeping in her car. And no telling how many others have been impacted.

    All JMO of course.

Yes. They may have lost revenue but they're going to lose so much more now via this lawsuit.
