I don't know whether I have asked this on this case - but can anyone access the Kern County court site? All I can see is the jail site.
Just wondering what is going on with this case! TIA!
 
For now at least with that criminal history that seems an appropriate place .
They stole Ramon's whole life ;( some times it seems that is lost in these cases with never ending legal wrangling going on. Now ground to a stand still ....
@Niner can't seem to get it that Kern Co site, am not sure about it but will try to search some more. Thanks for keeping up with all these for us <3 be well !

Thanks for checking @Luckyzmom ! Yes, at least he is locked up. 2 years already, but than again - it is California - which seems to like to drag out these hearings/trials.

Just wonder if Kissinger is having a preliminary or even his trial?? He has appeared 3 days in a row - or they keep postponing this "hearing" ???

Okay - just googled this case, came up with an article dated August 14, 2020, but I believe it's actually an older one. I couldn't access it - I had to put it into Outline.



BAKERSFIELD, Calif. (KGET) — The trial for a man charged with first-degree murder and other crimes in the death of his girlfriend’s 2-year-old son has been pushed back one month.

At a hearing Wednesday morning, Kaleb Kessinger’s trial date was postponed from July 6 to Aug. 3. He remains in custody on $1,055,000 bail.

It does say trial is supposed to start Aug. 3 - but I believe they moved it to 8/11 - where he is showing up every day now.

And next hearing is Monday. California courts are usually dark on Fridays....
