Circumstances of Disappearance:
Trapp was last heard from on December 15, 1965 in Stockton, California. He was not in regular contact with his family, but he would send a Christmas card every year. They arrived without fail until 1966 when they stopped coming. His family grew concerned when they didn't receive a card in 1967. The last card was dated December 15, 1965. Trapp has never been heard from since and his whereabouts remain unknown. Few details are available regarding his disappearance.

The family tree is on Ancestry and has comments from a niece confirming the details in #1 above. She also notes that the family continued to look for him and wondered if he might be a victim of Juan Corona as he matched the victim profile of itinerant labourer. But they never contacted the police about the possibility due to his sisters fear that it would prove to be the case.

Not a totally unique name, but did want to mention person of same full name received a speeding ticket in Harlowton, MT in 1972.

There is one unidentified victim remains listed as recovered in 2019, with est death of 71/72 given the identifications of known 24 homicide victims. Very possibly other victims who were not recovered.
