I didn't put much into that. I run my own business as does my husband. I have 4 children and grandkids. If i didn't hear back from my kids after 24 hours it wouldn't worry me. They have busy lives also.
If my husband didn't respond to a text or phone call even after a couple of hours that would be different. Also these were kids / adults that didn't call often at the best of times. The fact that JS called or emailed, ( can't remember if it was a call or mailer both), on the 14th i find suspicious.

I agree - the invitation coming at the 11th hour to his Green Storage Christmas party gave me pause too. Isn’t this the email where he also emphasized that he’d just returned from Japan and was still recovering? MOO.

I would like to know if the police can get records about the extent to which various persons of interest were on their phones or moving their phones during the window of the crime— or were their phones lying dormant at home for example (perhaps suggesting they’d been “left behind”). Speculation only.

I check my personal phone maybe 2 times a day and often forget it in my purse and remember just before going to bed. That is what puzzles me with the Wed Dec 13 9pm lawyer call, what number was he calling? Barry cell, Honey cell? or landline to speak with both In one room? If by cell they could have easily done a 3 way call on cell phones, why did Barry need to be physically home early That night?

I find the thought so very scary, that nobody left the large home, without knowing at all, if the killer might still be present somewhere in the building!

I think since the housekeeper was there for a couple of hours before others arrived and they themselves had looked threw all the rooms it was not a thought they had.

People rarely use land lines and a home land line may not have as good of a speaker as a cell phone. So a call to a cell, even to speak with both, doesn’t surprise me.

If they were in fact scheduled to discuss estate planning matters with Hendler, it also doesn’t surprise me that Barry and Honey may prefer to take the call from a shared space. They can then communicate between themselves more readily, including with body language or while on mute. MOO - speculation.

Apparently there’s more to the photo because KD said he could see Jonathon’s house in the background(?) “…the location of his home visible on the smartphone photo”.

I would think that if Barry was talking to Hendler about Honey’s will, he was likely delineating the ownership of actual assets - what did she own legally as opposed to beneficially, and what assets and private shares were held jointly with Barry.

Honey may not have had a good handle on the legal ownership of assets and what would actually devolve to her estate upon her death.

He could have been down at 50 OCR in 30 minutes. It was Wednesday night and not much is going south in the middle of December. I thought KD said it was on a table in his house according to what he told KD. I just don't understand why he needed to hold it. Photos of him the next morning are neither here nor there.

I feel certain that that call from Doug Hendler was supposed to be a conference call between B and H and DH. That is probably why Honey told Barry that he had to be home early. DH'S call coming in on Barry's cell at one minute after 9pm just seems so perfect for getting stuff done before they left for Florida.

I don't know why people think BS deprived HS of money etc. HS could do and have whatever she wanted. She like her husband wasn't into having the latest and greatest. It seems to me, and obviously i could be wrong. HS went to see Doug H to address her /their estate etc.
Another firm, Davies, seem to be very much a part of looking after that stuff for them. What if they decided to get advice elsewhere to get another expert point of view.

The 5th digit nail looks to be avulsing (injury or fungus), and fingers resemble spoon shape/clubbing fingers denoting a medical condition. Old hands for a young man esp the curved index finger similar to arthritis or old fracture. Maybe just the camera angle or idiopathic.
But more importantly only a fool would take a digital picture of a seed code. Anyone can hack a phone. It's not recommended from what I understand.
