I have not searched for the name of the property owner, as we do not yet know whether the owners of the property have any connection to Madison or the birthday party where she disappeared.
the LTO is public record, as is the statement of claims. Nothing in the rules of the website are preventing you. No one here is assuming the guilt of the property owner or any connection to names on the Scott’s board. The connection if any between the property owner and the names on the board could be verified through a family treeTo get the owner you can do a BC Assessment search - as someone above has done.

Which gives you a Parcel Identifier Number of:
015-262-359
That you can enter into the Land Title Survey Authority (and pay fee) which will give you the title.
It appears from title that it has been owned by the same person since 1996. The last name of the owner is on the board shown in the 48hours show.
The title has a Certificate of Pending Litigation - showing someone who has the same first initial and last name as someone on the board is claiming an interest in it.
The Court Services Online can be searched here (also for a fee):
That in no way says that the Owner or the possible family members/litigants had anything to do with anything. This property is somewhat on the way back to the Highway, it looks like it has a body of water on it - it may have been a place to hide someone.
I am new here- and not quite sure of the boundaries- but I am somewhat local and have (like everyone along HWY 16) have always been troubled/bothered/haunted by this case.
I have done the LTO search and could post it, I have also pulled the statement of claim but am unsure of the rules of posing such things so I won't. It is basically a claim that due to promises made by a father and work done on the land, the son has an interest in the property not shown on title. This isn't uncommon.
I see 4, along with 2 names written in red.Otto can you please advise how many x's are on the parents whiteboard, especially black and red ones.
Unless someone is identified as a suspect by the RCMP, do not post the name of anyone, not even the name of the property owner. For now, all we know is that the body was found on private property. To get the owner you can do a BC Assessment search - as someone above has done.

I'm not sure. I am curious why Madison's parents put a red X next to some of the names.Otto can you please advise how many x's are on the parents whiteboard, especially black and red ones.
If true and IF involved, then RCMP really screwed up many years ago relying to much on their 'polygraphs'...... (I just can't stand that part in the documentary...)The owner's sons were at the party.
Perhaps the parents identified the most likely suspects that they could figure out a long time ago, but RCMP lacked evidence to pursue them.I see 4, along with 2 names written in red.
agree completely Maddison family deserves better. RCMP will find the person responsibility for her dissapearence.Unless someone is identified as a suspect by the RCMP, do not post the name of anyone, not even the name of the property owner. The brief scene starting at about the 12:33 mark stood out to me. Wish I could read the small blue print.Screen shots of Madison's parents' investigative efforts from the 48 Hours: Highway of Tears. Does anything stand out now that we know where she was found?
as I recall , the x’s indicated people who didn’t speak to the private investigatorI'm curious whether the parents identified the most likely suspects in 2012 with a red X. I wonder what the red X means. The 48 Hours documentary was made 18 months after Madison disappeared.
When there is strong suspicious and no evidence, Canadian investigators sometimes use a Mr Big ruse to obtain a confession. In a small town like Vanderhoof, I doubt RCMP could over-lapped a Mr Big sting for Fribjon Bjornson's murder with a Madison suspect sting. Bjornson disappeared in January 2012, seven months after Madison disappeared. RCMP carried out a Mr Big sting to arrest the people responsible for Bjornson.
What stands out in the information shared by the parents (Nov 2012)?
Starting 11 minutes 30 seconds (roughly)
Madison Scott & Highway of Tears Documentary
The first screen shot is names of people who were at the party, including the arrival and departure times. The second screen shot seems to be information about some people. Can anyone make out what is written on the second board?
