He apparently stole a PA license plate that has a police medallion on it. (Not smart!!)

I shared on my Facebook. I'm from the Lancaster County, Pennsylvania area so hopefully my friends and family there will pick up the story and continue to share in the state.

Sigh. No sightings at all. I wonder where he is. Is he hiding out at a friends or family? Or is he driving? Surely he would come across LE if he was just driving.

On a side note. Take as a rumour however a close friend of mine lived in the same building. She called LE 3 weeks ago in regards to a domestic coming from Melinda's apartment. She is pretty distraught over this. Melinda and her daughter just played outside a few days prior. Everyone who knew Melinda has spoken so highly of her. It's heartbreaking to see so many people hurting.
This man needs to be caught and justice needs to come swift and severe. Jmo
