Circumstances of Disappearance:
Woodley was last seen on April 15, 2014, at the Bridges Shelter on Simcoe Street in Cambridge. He was homeless who was known to camp in the area of Speedsville Road in Cambridge. Woodley is estranged from his family and his disappearance wasn't reported until February 2018. Police do not believe foul play is involved in his disappearance.
