Babylon Town board member Lindsay Henry has been arrested and charged with beating a woman in a domestic incident, Suffolk County police said Wednesday.

Henry, 54, of Oak Beach, pleaded not guilty to third-degree assault, a misdemeanor, in First District Court in Central Islip.

“I have nothing to say,” Henry said outside a courtroom on Wednesday.

“During a domestic dispute, the victim suffered a physical injury on September 10,” said Assistant Police Commissioner Justin Meyers. “Henry surrendered himself to the First Precinct on September 12. He was held overnight.”

This is interesting on the theory of this Lindsey character.. I had never heard of him.

I am referencing the Golden Key Hotel Murders, just to clarify.

I would like to state that the perp is "Islamic" not necessarily "Muslim" (but could be Muslim, an immigrant from a Muslim place).

My reasoning:

No evidence of sexual assault, the strangulation was not motivated by sex. The girls were likely killed with their clothing on and carried to the dump site (behind the motel/hotel). Finding the victims fully clothed is completely contrary to their occupation.

It indicates the killer is concerned with religion (victim's bodies positioned with their heads facing toward Mecca, not Atlantic City, with their shoes off.) It indicates the killer had no sexual motive. The killer indicates they were concerned with modesty.

Who owned the Golden Key? We're they Muslim/Islamic?

I ask this because this killer seemed to believe that they brought significant dishonor to the area or the hotel.

The placement behind the hotel indicates they were certain this area was unkempt, the bodies would not be discovered easily, has a drainage site that patrons could not access (the dump site was walled off without windows to the back of the hotel, probably hung behind the hotel more than a guest, customer, pimp or prostitute would, probably threw their belongings away with normal trash without much suspicion since people leave items in hotels all the time and nobody would question the owners or staff throwing it out. I think the perp had a stake in the hotel to some degree and he was angry the immorality decreased the value or reputation of the business and this reflected poorly on the families reputation.

Phew that is what I think about these murders.

Autopsies on Dilts and Breidor, the first two killed, yielded no cause of death. A medical examiner determined Roberts died of asphyxiation, possibly by strangulation. Raffo, who had been in the water for less than 36 hours, was strangled, the medical examiner ruled.​

All four were clothed. Their shoes, pocketbooks, identification and cell phones were never found, perhaps taken as trophies.

IT would be interesting to know who owned the hotel. I don't believe that has ever been mentioned anywhere. At least I have not seen it.
 
The following article says the motel was bought by the township but doesn't state who the original owner was.

Snippet* the Golden Key and four other area motels will be demolished. The township purchased the motels with a $3 million grant from the Casino Reinvestment Development Authority, township Administrator Peter Miller said. The township paid $465,000 for the Golden Key.

After spending $50,000 on repairs and opening less than three months after Sandy, Patel said the expense is hardly worth it.

Holy moly. I was right. Pakistani, I believe? In India, there are such things as honor killings but it's more prevalent in Islamic communities. The name "Patel" is Indian in origin.

I do know they pray with their shoes off. So do some Islamic cultures, though. Pakistan would make sense. They are Islamic and of Hindu origin.

AS I understand it, there could be a connection between the cases on the highway of tears and the Lisk cases. I find it too weird that a man who works on Long Island has an apparent connection to not only the town of Smithers but quite possibly had family who used to live on the same street as Ramona Lisa Wilson who went missing in 1994 and was found dead by the Smithers airport. The unsub in her case is an organized killer iirc. Oddly enough this person again as I understand is related to the man who tried to recruit me to his farm out there just off highway 16. I had been posting about these cases on FB and he sent me s friend request. He offered me help and what appeared to be a great opportunity then became sick and abusive. He said that he wanted to make me into a doll to play with like when he was a little boy. He requested a picture of me in the shower but only of my head and with shampoo in it. Just my very soapy head. His accountant claimed I was his next victim and am the one who got away.

I can't help but feel really creeped out by this connection.

You sure that wasnt Hackshaw or his hacker buddies playing with you? Why did you not turn that in to the FBI. Doesn't sound like LISK, though, lisk is a bonafide Racket. You have names?
 
I have names yes. I have had several communications with Canadian LE regarding the man who targeted me. I made the connection to Long Island when I found the info on the RIP off report about the cyberststalker couple from New Jersey. Same last name and the accountant wrote me claiming the man in BC has family in NJ and NY. I looked up family in Smithers and the LI Dr (not medical) is indeed related. He could probably advise on this case if not connected himself because he taught a forensics class and is educated. The accountant advised me that they are related to organized crime. They know I post here. I am being surveilled and I have been threatened and hacked. LE here advised me that the LI connection will be forwarded on. It's all very convoluted and I do think it stems back to the stalking and threats on the escort review boards back in 2007 and on. I did belong to the BCL back then and posted warnings about the abusive handles stalking and threatening the girls. Someone took offence to that. I testified in court up here in Canada against a john who victimized an escort and when the RCMP board on the murders here was hacked (project Kare) my privacy and others were breached. I can't rule out the connection to the murders in and around Leduc, Alberta nor the missing and murdered from Smithers, BC and surrounding areas. RCMP Wayne Oak iirc said that we shouldn't rule out clusters of murdered sex trade workers in Canada and their possible connection to clusters in other locations.
 
TB I can't reveal the name but I can give you a clue to work with. I have noticed the number 8 coming up repeately over the years from the missing and murdered forums up here. Ramona Lisa Wilson was buried in the Smithers cemetery. Look up what number grave she is in. The family will be in the grave that will equal the number eight. A member of that family as I understand it is who targeted me. I have been researching these cases for most of my adult life. He phoned me every day for several months, many messages and it he asked me to sell my house and move out west to his farm but never tell me that his family used to be neighbours with the Wilson family? It was all over my Facebook but he invites me to meet in the city, he offers me a job and to live and be his assistant, I meet his clients, go on appointments with him, he puts me up in a hotel, gives me drugs but never tells me that what I post about was his familie's neighbor who was murdered? Then her friends were also murdered? What a complete mind f*@k.
