These people like Grandma and Melinda Ducket that come on these shows saying 'let's ignore the person that did this and just find Caylee or Trenton or whoever make me sick. The answer is with her daughter. If I had been that grandma I would have beat it out of that daughter before the police ever showed up. Grandma doesn't REALLY want to know what happened because its too hard to know the truth. If grandma really wanted to know where caylee is she would have left the girl to rot in jail and not be paying for some high priced lawyer to keep the girl quiet.

I agree Poppy. After tonight I have a new theory. Maybe the father is a married man with lots of money. Maybe he is much older. Maybe he has a wife who MIGHT have found out about the baby. Maybe she is the one who they think may have the baby. It's a long shot.
I have watched Geraldo for years. He can get rude but tonight he went out of his way to be nice to "grandma" Grandma looks and acts TOO defensive. This whole thing stinks.
I just pray this precious child is alive because at this point I could care less about the rest of them.

Sometimes I do not like Geraldo, but the grandmother's way of acting was uncalled for and did raise red flags to me.
I am concerned about this child. I would say ANYTHING I had to or needed to on national TV if it would help find her. At least her daughter is alive - we do not know about Caylee! And I would not snap back at anyone who was trying to keep Caylee's case in the national media spotlight.
You are right - it stinks!

I can't open up any myspace because I'm not a member, Waaaaaaahhhhhhhh I hate me I hate me I hate me. Now, my therapy, I love me i love me i love me.

I'm starting to think, because of how sooooo sure the grandmother sounded about her just knowing that Cayle was alive, I tend to believe her for some reason. She sounded sooooo confident about that. This would also explain Casey's demeanor in not looking concerned or worried.

They both know where she is and arent worried and wondering. Then all of a sudden it gets national news, and they didn't bank on that and having to answer to all these people.

So, why did this ever become national news to begin with? Casey didn't report Cayle missing, right? And now we have the Grandmother doing it. So the grandmother reports her missing, why and why then? Was somebody getting to close to their secret of Caylee. Was someone questioning her paternity, their rights in this childs life, her existence and or disappearnce and people started talking amongst those close?

Why did this grandmother get this daughter a lawyer? Get all lawyered up? If there's nothing seriously wrong, then why? Because Casey has a bad check and a misdemeanor or her car being towed? It just doesn't add up?

Follow the money trail is all I say. Where was CAsey getting her money if she was un-employed? Who supported Caylee?

You know, I almost hate to bring this up, but a while back, wasn't there this HUGE LIMO that was actually a prostitution ring? I know they were busted. There was an article that even showed pics of the inside of this tricked out limo. The prostitutes would do lap dances (and more) in the private area in back.
Long shot in the dark, but Casey IS quite the party girl! Could it be a part of maybe a similiar operation run in these other places her lawyer mentioned?
LOL, I just HAD to mention this! It was not a shoddy operation! Maybe they even provided babysitters?

Based on the pictures we have seen of her and the other women the thought that they were escorts or dancers did enter my mind.

Thanks to everyone who gave a rundown on what transpired on Geraldo. I wish I could have watched it. It appears Geraldo doesn't update his vids very often, but I will keep my eye out for it. I was really shocked at how defensive she got with Nancy Grace.

I am not defending her in any way, but in looking at the pictures just seems to me like a normal girl out having fun. Alot of the girls in the pictures have body parts etc basically hanging out, kissing on girls, but Casey does not. She is dressed appropriately in all the pics I have seen for a night at the club, and I don't make much of the various pictures with various guys could just be friends.

In going back through the 2000 or so comments on her myspace (I realized it probably has been cleaned up because activity from April 2008 to July seems almost non existent on her page) she seems like such a happy young woman, lots of friends who have or are having babies, talks alot about Caylee, planning birthday parties etc. Makes me wonder if something tragic happened around April to send this girl on a tailspin?

Also has anyone seen a mention of Cynthia Anthony born in 1980? I know she has a brother, but wondering if there is also a sister?

Please look through the photos again - did you see the two of her dirty dancing with another female?

hey there darling...miss you so much. its so sad that i don't get to see you anymore. so when ya coming back to work??? hope you and jesse are doing good. marcus and i are doing awesome. he left me one of the sweetest comments and made me cry. i love him so much casey. i'm so glad i've finally found someone with everything i want!! love you girl and miss you give that baby kisses and hugs for me.

I must be missing something - what indicates that she was looking for Caylee's daddy in these posts? I do believe that the Jesse being referred to is Jesse Grund. His mom, Deb, has a photo on her MySpace of Caylee as an infant (I'd guess a couple of months old).

Those girls sometimes make a whole lot of money. When my oldest son was young and wild he dated a dancer. She made in a week what I was making in a month back then. Maybe "grandma" is getting a cut of the money. Something is not right. It's like they have no fear of messing with the legal system.

Yes, Geraldo was a gentleman throughout the interview....even so far as trying to calm her with "I'm your friend, I'm your friend."


I think that Casey's parents have had to concoct so many stories over the years to cover for her and now, with this event, they are kicking into gear and spinning another tale to protect their troubled daughter.
