Bottom line is cindy has known all along that her daughter was not working. cindy played the game and cindy is the master at game playing. She let her do this and pretended she believed she was working. I don't think cindy wanted to pay for a full time sitter and used her wicked daughter as one. I will also go as far to say that cindy also knew/suspected that caylee had died by June 16, 2008. Her screaming on the 911 was just her hidden reality getting the best of her.

cindy will gladly tell the world that is was george that put the family in financial difficulty when in reality it was cindy and casey.

These two females are despicable.

Oh, she knew what was happening. She even told her mother about losing the money but I think GA took the blame and I'm not sure she blamed KC, at least not all the time. I tend to think CA could not control KC because of Caylee. Caylee was KC's license to steal and when CA finally took that ability away from KC, KC got rid of Caylee. Is Caylee gone because KC wanted to send a message to her mother? The duct tape across the mouth with the heart-shaped sticker, the t-shirt with "Big Trouble Comes In Small Packages", that fact that KC kept giving her mother clues "She's close" "I feel she's close to home." I think KC wants CA to feel the reason Caylee is dead is because of what CA did to KC.

I also feel LDB should have brought the stealing into evidence as a motive for Caylee's death. There really is a lot there and enough to convince a jury this girl was out of control and Caylee's death may have been the result of rage. jmo

...and there it is. FCA wanted to hurt CA in the worst way and she did. I think that CA knows this. She has to know. I think that CA goes out of her way for FCA is to send her the message: You can't hurt me. A wise old women once told me, that the best way to get back at someone that hurts you is to not show them that they hurt you and be be sickening sweet nice to them no matter what. You still hurt and are heart broken but you leave the person that hurt you feeling shameful for their treatment of you. The people that hurt you take great pleasure in harming you...you don't give them the pleasure that they seek.
Oh carp...I just realized that I've gone of topic again...sorry.

So, so true! I have come to believe that not only did CA know that KC wasn't working, but also that the two of them had their own deal, behind GA's back, about how thing were going to be. They didn't need GA's permission. Neither of them respected him. CA simply wanted Caylee with her, and KC was more than willing to let her, for a price of course. The price was that KC would be allowed to stay home and take care of Caylee. CA would, of course, love this idea, because all children need their mommys. And KC would love it because she is lazy. And a liar. She could tell anyone anything she wanted about what she was doing. CA didn't care if she lied, as long as the lie made her sound important and successful. This is why I think CA got mad at GA over the Sport's Authority job and him going up there looking for her. She knew KC wasn't working there but didn't want GA to find out. GA's mistake was that he thought he mattered. He didn't. Only KC mattered. Everyone else was expendable. Including Caylee. jmo

I found the link I was looking for...nothing earth shattering but it does prove that verbally CA did not give FCA permission to access her accounts. CA says this, in her own words by answering FBI questions. CA's actions are a horse of a different color. I love the Wizard of OZ!

CA was allowing FCA to steal from her before Dec. 2007...CA just ignored what was going on until FCA crossed a line...Then it became an issue. See withdrawl by FCA in Dec of 814.00 to pay cell phone bill. Considering FCA patterns, this was about 4 months worth of past due bills. I also saw that each cell phone bill after Dec. 2007...FCA draws the money out of CA's savings to pay her cell phone bill at least up through May 2008. Her average cell bill is 190.00 each month with the exception of May, the highest 220.56...old news I know...cont.

What I see is this...CA testified that she did search chloroform. Once you start looking at the searches the question begs to be answered....We know CA wasn't home when some searches were done. It could be the expert did find the search CA did do and just didn't include this search in the evidence. For all we know CA could have searched chloroform in 2001! My question is, from the searches we are privy to, was one of them done by CA and if so, did CA search for any self defense information. It's very possible that CA and FCA had another physical fight BEFORE June 15th and CA wanted to defend herself against FCA. The reverse is also possible, FCA wanted to win the next round with CA. This theory is more likely to me. I just didn't want to make the mistake of looking at the evidence and assuming it was all from FCA's perspective. I believe there were previous physical fights, CA being larger than FCA always prevailed. FCA could have just been looking for ways to fight better the next time the fisties started to fly...jmo

There were quite a few calls to 911 prior to 6/15/08 IIRC....possibly earlier fights between FCA & CA? I can't recall exactly what they pertained to right now & my keyboard broke last night so I'm having to use the on-screen keyboard - PITA!:maddening:

Didn't she also have a problem with a guy she seen at a party? The problem that she was upset over a miscarriage that she had with said guy? Was it Brandon S or someone else? Anyone know what the time frame was on her relationship that she had the miscarriage from? Was it in between the times that she dated the above mentioned young men or was the relationship over lapping the above relationships?

FCA allegedly had a miscarriage and she claimed Brandon S was the father. Brandon did not believe that FCA was ever pregnant, since the alleged pregnancy conveniently occured right before he was leaving for the armed forces. It is not uncommon for some women to fake pregnancy rather than see their man deployed overseas. Normally I would think he was a jerk, but given FCA's propencity to lie, I think he was probably 100% correct. She confronted him at the "anything but clothes" party. The pics of FCA in an american flag are pics from that party. I believe the party was in Feb 2008, when she was with RM, but you should check those pics out to be sure of the correct date.

Yup - you've got it exactly right in my mind except also wasn't Brandon with someone else he was quite serious about at the time? :waitasec:

(Sorry for long delay in posting this- lots of real-time real-life to attend to).

I have to say it feels ridiculously good to have my theory well received by you peeps here, especially since y'all are so well-versed in this case.:D

This thread prompted me to go through the actual BoA records evidence for the first time. Its difficult not to be struck by the significance of the thefts, both to the case time-line and to what had to be transpiring with the perp and CA psychologically. It is particularly difficult to accept as coincidence that OCA's google searches began when the BoA money ended.

Logical Girl, I agree with you that the argument on June 16th wasn't necessarily THE trigger, if a trigger at all. What I mean is that I don't believe that fight prompted OCA to think murder for the first time. I agree with you, 2Goldfish. that the March 2008 Google searches marked the end for Caylee. I think it was exactly then that OCA "killed" Caylee in her own mind and moved on.

After that, the actual murder was for OCA likely just a matter of logistics and timing. Based on her sorry record of supreme laziness in every area of her life though, I doubt OCA spent much time planning Caylee's murder. Caylee was already dead to her.

That CA was willing and able to cut OCA off financially (from OCA's perspective) meant that Caylee no longer was of guaranteed use as a meal/job avoidance ticket. To OCA, Caylee served no purpose at all, except to limit OCA's options.

I don't think it is a coincidence that OCA was so actively searching for boyfriends after March. She was searching for her next mark. Incapable of actually creating a life for herself, she was looking for a life someone else had created/was creating that she could insert herself into, one that would take her out of her house and allow her to do as she pleased.

(A honest advertisement for herself would read- "Looking for a sucker: will trade sex and doing your laundry for room and board and no questions asked )

Also, I remember how taken I was during closing arguments with JA's statement that OCA's time had been running out bcause Caylee was learning how to speak and would have revealed OCA's world of lies. I still think, Logical girl, that Caylee's getting more verbal posed a threat to OCA, but I'm unconvinced that was an immediate threat, or had much to do with the timing of Caylee's murder.

Caylee was already plenty verbal enough to answer GA or CA, if they had ever asked: how was your day, Caylee? What did you get to do? Did you have a good time with Zanny? It blows the mind, actually, that this horrible family didn't provide Caylee with even that sliver of normalcy and loving attention. :furious: :furious:

IMO Cindy is lucky that it wasn't her in the shallow grave left in the woods because as I see it KC wanted her house and was already talking to someone prior to Caylees passing that she was getting it. I would be scared, even though it's my child, to let her live in my house, just saying

Hmmm... I wonder, since the title of the house is in CA's name alone, and with all the free attornys and legal advise she's had over the years, who CA has named as her beneficiaries, specifically the home and her cash on hand.

Do you think there is a before and after version?

I've never understood the talk about Casey getting the house. That house had a mortgage; they didn't own that house outright. Casey could not in any way 'inherit' a house with a mortgage.

I don't think KC knew or understood lol how much the house was mortgaged or how much the monthly payment was. I think the original plan was attempting to battle CA and retain what she was getting from her. When she realized that CA was no match for her, remember she learnt it all from the master, she no longer had any use for her and was certainly not going to support her own kid, she decided to spite her and have her freedom and destroy her mother where it hurts. WHY???? CA would consider having her back in the house knowing that she would go to those lengths to deplete her even if that's your kid, is beyond me. I have to agree with one of the poster here, not sure which one, that stated that it would allow CA to get her gravest revenge on KC. Like mother like daughter

Mortgage insurance? If both of them were to die, well, let's just guess who would have gotten the house. jmo

I agree. I was stunned when I heard that Baez took her for her last probation meeting. When is he going to let go?

Yes, there were a few 911 calls prior to Caylee going missing in June and then reported missing in July
We have those previous 911 calls somewhere in the WS documents
There were a few 911 calls...domestic disturbance or some sort of disturbance were iirc 2-3 of those calls.

I will try to find that document.

We have the logs of LE being dispatched to Anthony home somewhere in the WS documents, I think the calls were between 2005-2007

iirc some of the calls were for domestic disturbance or some sort of disturbance at the Anthony Home.

I will try to find that document.

Just read over my post and it's too late to edit..

I want to clarify that it's not 911 audio calls that we have but LE dispatch logs of the times LE was called out to the Anthony home in the years before Caylee went missing

I found the Calls for Service Logs...I will post it on the Sidebar 3 thread so this thread does not go off topic.

Have we ever seen George's bank accounts?

http://files.realitychatter.com/CA/Docs/George-Anthony-FBI-Interview-7878-8000.pdf Page 33-34

George tells the FBI of a Wachovia bank savings account he had set up for Caylee that he would put some money in from his work pay check...he said Casey was on the account as well and could deposit and....you guessed it Withdraw funds...and George started noticing the money in the account kept dwindling...
OCA withdrew funds from the bank account George set up for Caylee as well...

I don't recall ever seeing any bank accounts for GA. I would like to, though. I wish we could see proof of the Nigerian scam he claimed to have fallen prey to. With the escort service searches and other questionable things, I don't trust GA's version of how he lost the money. As a matter of fact, I distrust ANY thing said by ANY A. JMO.
