@MassGuy, you've consistently had a gut feeling about if/when the AA might be released.
What does your gut tell you now, since TS' appearance yesterday? Do we have to wait for April 14th to hear?
I think the judge is going to rule at some point next week, and he’s going to release it.

If we don’t have it by next Friday, I’d be very surprised.

Re: the Coroner;
The witness’ name (NS) is associated with Butler County, Ohio Coroner's Office:
Butler County Coroner's Office

And the witness appears to be the office secretary:
No cause of death in Middletown body dump

From TS’ first husband’s/her daughter’s father’s obituary:
“Mr. [CMH] ... and departed this life on Thursday, October 2, 2014 in Cincinnati, OH.” (BBM)
Obituary for Chance M Hunt | Revels Funeral Home, Lumberton, NC

Cincinnati is located in Hamilton County, which is to the immediate south of Butler County. The Butler County Coroner’s Office is located in the town of Hamilton, which is only about 30 miles from Cincinnati.

My guess is that the Butler County Coroner’s Office somehow ended up performing CMH’s autopsy (e.g., via contract with Hamilton County; maybe he was working in Cincinnati/Hamilton County but actually died in Butler County, etc.), and the investigators working on Gannon’s case contacted them to request a copy of the autopsy report or coroner’s report. This would explain why only the office secretary’s name is in the document, rather than the pathologists or the investigators, IMO. I have heard that CMH was killed in an accident but have not been able to confirm.

MOO

Dear @inmyhumbleopinion,

Brilliant!

Thank you for your insights and great catch!

IMO, based on her demeanor, this is their strategy, it's wallop time, they'll stun and stun repeatedly, very quickly, without giving her side a chance to digest much less respond, then they'll wait for her reaction. It's gonna be quick.

I'm confused. You don't seem to be asking how GPS works, but rather, what timeline you think is involved.

Are you asking what could be known about you, today? Well, then, if you have a GPS enabled device (such as a smart phone or smart watch), it constantly receives information from a satellite and stores it. It then transmits that data to the Cloud whenever you have cell service OR whenever you connect back to a wifi network.

It doesn't just track you when you stop, it tracks you continuously. You can put your phone on airplane mode and drive somewhere using Google maps and you can watch the little blue dot of your progress on the map - because of GPS. GPS is completely independent of cellular service, but does not transmit your location back to the satellite - it transmits your whereabouts to the Cloud and many a lost person has been located using it - and many a criminal has been boxed in (as in this case).

Anyone with access to your Cloud account (usually via warrant in criminal cases) would know your entire activities, not just where you stopped. The time would be included. My phone actually shows where I am in a large store, sometimes with slight inaccuracies. Right now, my devices are properly displayed as located (three are very near me, the others are elsewhere in the house - and I can see that on Google maps or any other app that uses GPS).

In the case of many devices, other data is also transmitted to the Cloud (altitude for example). There is no way to disable GPS on Apple products that I know of (and I don't think it's easy on Android either).

Apple watches store all your whereabouts for 30 days. Once it's in the Cloud, it's there and there's no easy way of getting it out of the Cloud - you can petition Google about its separate data, but anyone using Google apps on a GPS enabled device has their information tracked in that separate Google Cloud.

I have no idea how long any of those services keep Cloud data and I am not sure how Find My iPhone works when a phone is completely off - that would be a simple test of the GPS ability of your device. There's definitely misinformation on these topics out on the Web, so if anyone has expertise in this area, it would be lovely if you'd chime in.

I'm pretty sure that if you turn a device off completely, it no longer stores your GPS data for that time period. It would show where you turned the phone off, though. And where you were when you turned it back on.
GANNON is my hero! Darn! It is really getting harder and harder to get away w/ murder! sarc and Letecia thought she could?

Wowza, soooooo many FBI personnel from all over the country listed as certified witnesses on the complaint document. Some other unexpected LE agencies too, like "West Chester PD" (no address or state given.)

Here's some that stood out to me:

A Nintendo product support specialist

Ring law enforcement specialist

Multiple employees of Petco on Nevada Ave.

An employee of the Kohl's near that Petco

Tile inc (small bluetooth location trackers usually put on keys or devices)

Memorial Hospital security

Avis employees, CO Springs airport location

A Denver Police, DIA airport division detective (J. Major)

USAA

CO Springs Waste Management Transfer Station

Conoco on Garden of the Gods Rd

Subway on Powers Blvd

PayPal

*advertiser censored*&Go in Fountain

Conoco on Academy Blvd

Phillip's 66 on Austin Bluffs Pkwy

Butler County Coroner's Office (OH)

I'm still trying to go through this list. There are a lot of missing addresses and it's sometimes unclear who or what organization/agency exactly they're referring to.

thank you for explaining Tile Inc. i was on the google thinking it was a flooring store

In the D2 document where the defense asks that LE does not try to obtain records regarding the defendant, including records for drug and alcohol addiction, it seems to imply that TS has some sort of history of addiction. They also mention military records. I'm not sure what all that means.

Imo

There's SM reference that she was kicked off AS's base or had some kind of altercation there. Didn't get husband booted, obviously, but there's something there in regards to his military base that directly paints something unpleasant with her.

I'm not sure if the missing addresses on this list are all redactions, because some of the federal agency and police department addresses are missing. Honestly, it looks like this list was hastily compiled. That's ok. The names are there and that's what's important.

IIRC, in the Watts and Frazee cases, LE names and address were grouped separately from the other witnesses.

What is an EZ Lock? Is it true that it can be used with a Dremel? Perhaps purchased for cash on Craigslist (nugget of truth?). Far out idea, but look at the date posted on CL

The witness list is interesting.

Items to note IMO:
  • Waste Management Transfer Station in Colorado Springs
  • Big Wave Car Wash
  • Petco (on N. Nevada Ave)
  • Nintendo Product Support
  • Several banks and credit card companies
  • A cloud computing company
  • Avis Rental and Enterprise Rental
  • Kohls
  • Subway
  • Several gas stations
  • Tile Inc (hmmm could this have to do with replacing flooring? EBM - Nope, not flooring. It's the Tile keychain thing. I guess LS must have had one of those on her keychain!)
  • Vapor Source (I'm assuming this is a vape shop)
  • Widefield Water and Sanitation and some other utility companies
  • Ring (door bell cameras!)
  • Verizon
  • Memorial Hospital Security (this might be one in Abilene, Kansas - close to Salina)
  • Some school district contacts
  • A business called "EZ Lock" - can't find any info on this
  • USAA
  • Lots of individuals, including some that might be Gannon's friends (poor kiddos having to be involved in this!)
  • Gannon's sister :( :( :( :(
  • Gannon's step sister!

This witness list can pretty much tell us where she was.

There are two separate Eugene Stauchs on that list, one is AS (Eugene Al Stauch),is the other a typo or AS father?.
TS stepsister is listed.
The tracking tile is interesting, maybe what they were sifting for in the snow?

Yeah, I'm wondering about the records for drug and alcohol addiction treatment too, since she seemed to imply that Landen had all kinds of problems.

  1. Some vehicles you rent from ABG may be equipped with devices which allow us to send commands to and receive certain information from the vehicle, including geolocation data from a global positioning system (GPS). These devices are TURNED ON ALL THE TIME, even when other services or other media in the vehicle is turned off. ABG and its partners may collect and process vehicle data about the vehicle itself, such as fuel level, odometer, speed, diagnostic and performance data, tire pressure, accident or damage data, and LOCATION and DIRECTION OF TRAVEL data...This information assists us in providing our services (such as responding to unlocking door requests, remote start and stop and our unattended vehicle pick-up and return), ......and as may be requested by LAW ENFORCEMENT agencies.

Well, there you have it! We can guess about the mileage til the cows come home, but I'm confident that LE knows exactly where TS went in that car! Which makes me wonder with all the evidence they've collected and apparent tracking info from various cars & devices, why hasn't Gannon been found??
