Got really sad when I saw some of his friends names on the list. Wonder if GS told his friends about abuse by LS when dad wasn’t around? Also saw the Safe Passage witness which will probably give expert testimony. Jmo

What did this b**ch do to him and what did this poor child endure?

What bothers me is that poor Gannon was prob. disciplined by his dad b/c TS was spinning tales about his alleged 'behavior' .
So instead of looking forward to his dad being home, he was forced to be afraid of getting 'in trouble'.
Makes me want to hurl.

I dont have time to look right now, but when I search for Memorial Hospital, UC Health comes up as well, so possibly they are connected? If so, there is a UC Health almost right beside where the Petco/Kohls is on the witness list. There's like a vet clinic in between them. Cameras again?

Bringing Gannon home is THE #1 most important thing. I agree with @MassGuy that they know where to look for him, but need the snow and ice to melt before they can access the area. Knowing that there wasn't a lot of snow the day he disappeared, and that there's been a lot of snow since then, this makes sense.

I'm not sure LS is up to going through a trial where all of her lies are exposed. The thought of being humiliated in that way may just be enough to get her to plead guilty. Of course the public will still find out all/most of the details, but she wouldn't have to face it in a courtroom. She does not like to face anything head on, as we well know by her first interview and her hiding from the camera yesterday.

Those of us raised by someone with a significant personality disorder tend to become very empathetic people. It stems from having to anticipate the parent's moods, reactions, needs, wants, etc. I'll even say I have found that I have to guard against some of the same behaviors taking root in myself, which with therapy and healing I've been able to do. (Thankfully! I can't imagine doing the things to my children that were done to me!) Speaking for myself here, this tendency towards being "trained" to feel the feelings of others, and how much LS reminds me of my own mother, I'm betting she'll plead guilty as a way of not having to face her true self laid out in all its ugliness.

The only thing that gives me pause is her hatred of Landen. She knows she has won in this "hurting contest" (which Landen wasn't even participating in). She may suffer through the humiliation of a trial just because in her mind she's victorious in taking Gannon away and knows Landen will always suffer the most. And that was the goal.
Who makes “goals” like that?

Trying to read as fast as I can & catch up, but people were asking about the USAA in relation to their mortgage. That may be the connection, but you can get a credit card & bank account through them too. So I think the more likely connection is looking at their bank statements & credit card transactions.

Good catch, Chama !
I didn't notice her eyes other than the Israel Keye's stare. (Hard, soulless pebbles, no longer human.)

Do you know if an overdose for a child who was given these meds would cause hesitant walking or stumbling ?

Possibly yes. It may explain the GI symptoms GS was allegedly having. See also: Serotonin Syndrome symptoms, and see if anything stands out.

Blood loss, ironically, would reduce the amount of serotonin, acetylcholinesterase, and acetylcholine though.

Blood loss first, meds later, carbon monoxide even later if any of MOO is even partially based on plausible reality.

Wowza, soooooo many FBI personnel from all over the country listed as certified witnesses on the complaint document. Some other unexpected LE agencies too, like "West Chester PD" (no address or state given.)

Here's some that stood out to me:

A Nintendo product support specialist

Ring law enforcement specialist

Multiple employees of Petco on Nevada Ave.

An employee of the Kohl's near that Petco

Tile inc (small bluetooth location trackers usually put on keys or devices)

Memorial Hospital security

Avis employees, CO Springs airport location

A Denver Police, DIA airport division detective (J. Major)

USAA

CO Springs Waste Management Transfer Station

Conoco on Garden of the Gods Rd

Subway on Powers Blvd

PayPal

*advertiser censored*&Go in Fountain

Conoco on Academy Blvd

Phillip's 66 on Austin Bluffs Pkwy

Butler County Coroner's Office (OH)

I'm still trying to go through this list. There are a lot of missing addresses and it's sometimes unclear who or what organization/agency exactly they're referring to.

BBM

I believe this is where TS's first (ex)husband died.

Yikes, so now I'm not sure. Thank you for posting.

Either way, something happened at the hospital and we'll get to know during trial at some point. Maybe Colorado Springs will be more telling if it was a hospital visit where Gannon had been injured in the past (from that awful woman losing control more than once)?

Total speculation on my part.

Or maybe that's where she called to talk to a nurse about Gannon.

And a gentle reminder once you see it - you can’t unsee it - take care in reading the warrant please everyone
JMO

Dear @oviedo,

Thank you for these important words.

I intend to light a candle and take a moment or two in silence for Gannon before I read the document.

This has been such a hard case for us to follow. It's been so hard on the heart.

I don't know if I could have followed Gannon's case without being in the midst of such compassionate and caring people here. I really don't think I could have.

This has been a difficult journey we've taken together, throughout all of the threads, and I deeply appreciate everyone here and the heartfelt loss we've all felt for Gannon. This young boy, we've never met, yet he fell into our hearts.

My heart is with Gannon's loved ones suffering the tremendous loss of their Gannon being torn from their lives. I know we all feel this way.

May they hold one another close, surrounded by love and support.

I found a similar "Notice of Invocation of (rights/privileges/whatever)" also filed in Colorado for another high profile case -- that of James Holmes, the Aurora shooter.

https://www.courts.state.co.us/user...viously Given Waivers of Privileges (D-5).pdf

The document appears to attempt to keep prosecutors and LE from digging into medical, mental, addiction, etc. history.

Could someone with more experience in Legalese pipe in here? How effective are these notices on a practical level? Do they really put constraints on accessing this type of information? Or is it more of a formality, as in, you're going to do it anyway, but over my strenuous objections?

I think the "EZ Lock" witness listed may be a local locksmith. The address listed is an apartment and nowadays many locksmiths work out of their home. I don't think that witness has anything to do with a Dremel attachment. It's local.

She asked in terms of Dremel- but it could be anything local... no clue

Ok, jumping off your post (thanks again); IF she'd poisoned him hoping he'd die from it --wouldn't that be immediately discernible at the autopsy ?
TS would still be held accountable.

Or the tax form and positive ID required for allegedly draining a bank account?? Has this been verified?
