I would think she would have to be present if she is asking for custody. Imo
Reasonable minds can differ wether the police were a bit shady with misinformation about PF's cooperation level. As for who asked for the gag order I read a news report that said the District Attorney asked for the gag order. Thats why my suspicions became aroused.
What happened to Kelsey during that time? If Kelsey wasn't safe how safe can the baby be?
We don't know for sure who she spent more time with. We can only speculate. For all we know PF was only an occasional daycare provider while KB worked. He had the more flexible job and he had family in town that could have helped take care of baby K. But for all we know, baby K may have been with KB every moment KB wasn't at work. We just have not been told their arrangements yet. JMO.
Have to say the green stripes is a new look compared to the usual orange.
He is the father so he of course gets a say. He would tell the judge what his wishes are. The court will do what it thinks is in the best interest of the child. That is pretty fast for a hearing which makes me believe that everyone was in agreement.
As for him appearing in person vs video, I am not that surprised. I believe he appeared via video for his initial appearance. But a custody hearing is far more important and I am sure the Judge wanted him there in person. In a small county its not a logistical or security problem to walk a prisoner over to court.
Is she even asking to be awarded custody?
The defense filed a motion asking for a gag order.
The prosecution filed a response opposing a gag order.
That and he needs to wash his hair.
Someone get that man a hair brush.
And the cinnamon rolls a new meal compared to what they were formerly fed.
He had that envelope going in too. Here is the entrance video:
KKTV 11 News
PF asked for the gag order.
From the motion:
"Patrick Frazee, by and through counsel, moves this Court to enter an Order limiting the dissemination of information by the attorneys, their agents, employees and all law enforcement investigators, personnel and employees, and all court personnel concerning this case." continued at this link: https://www.courts.state.co.us/userfiles/file/Court_Probation/04th_Judicial_District/Teller/caseofinterest/2018CR330/001/Motion To Limit Pretrial.pdf
I don’t think we know, I believe custody docket document indexes are sealed and we therefore cannot see the docs filed, or when they may have been filed.
Is she? Then it's between the Bs and the Fs? Where is the baby now?
My head feels like a disco ball
I feel pretty sure Fox took that bit of “news”from HLN and that we will hear eventually that this was scheduled after his arrest.
Court hearing for custody of Kelsey Berreth's 1-year-old daughter in session
Update: After having a hearing Thursday for temporary custody of Patrick Frazee and Kelsey Berreth's only one-year-old daughter, Kaylee, we are learning more about the case.
While KRDO crews are waiting to hear the outcome of the ruling from the judge, we captured police escorting Frazee to a police vehicle.
Are you sure about that? These documents were described as government motions. Definetly makes more sense if its PF's attorney.
So even in jail with pending 1st degree murder charges he gets a say and the court makes the decision?
Thanks I did not have an idea how that would work.
Also the courthouse is not walking distance, the jail is in Divide and the courthouse in is Cripple Creek so he was transported.
