“Police say Samantha Herrera was last seen in the area of Hampden Avenue and Santa Fe Drive in Sheridan around 5 p.m. Tuesday.

Police believe she is traveling with Rodney Brown, 19, in a 2000 White Honda Accord with Colorado plate OMB236.”

The man on the right is considered violent. The teen on the left is 17-year-old Samantha Herrera and authorities believe she is in danger. She was last seen in Sheridan at about 5 p.m. They might be traveling in 2000 White Honda Accord Colorado license plate OMB-236. Call 911 if seen.

Do they know why she is with him? Did he kidnap her?

Police are working on getting an arrest warrant and think they could be in the north metro area.

Samantha Herrera was last seen in the area of Hampden Avenue and Santa Fe Drive in Sheridan around 5 p.m. Tuesday.

Sheridan police said they received a 911 call from two screaming women around 5:10 p.m. Tuesday. One of the women said Herrera was yelling and trying to get out of a car, which was driven by her boyfriend Rodney Brown, 18.
 
“She has not been found as of 5:45 a.m. Wednesday.“

“Herrera is about 5-foot-6 and 100 pounds. She has brown hair and brown eyes.

Brown is 5-10 and 150 pounds with brown hair and blue eyes. He is “known to be violent and possess weapons,” according to the Colorado Bureau of Investigation.“

Amber Alert Issued For 17-Year-Old In Denver Area
Officials with Denver police said they were called to a Petsmart near the intersection of Hampden and Santa Fe Drive where there were two young females were reportedly screaming for someone to call 911. Officers say Herrera, one of the women, was struggling to get out of the car that Brown, her boyfriend or ex-boyfriend, was driving. Police say she could not get out and he drove off with her in the vehicle.

A court order shows Brown is not supposed to contact Herrera.

Police believe there could be another vehicle associated with the Amber Alert, a blue 2017 Nissan Altima with CO license plate UOF-493.

Police say the other woman who was involved in the situation was able to get away safely.
 
Just saw a huge electronic AA banner across I-25 northbound near Mead with the vehicle info as well as a huge color lighted electric banner sign with photos of both of them at I-25 and Hwy 52 right by the Watts house.

That is good to hear. Surely he can't get too far with her. How much money could a 19-year-old kid have on him?
