Agreed. I think the PH just barely scratched the surface of this case. I can’t wait to read that AA!
Thank you! Great to see you too!
Defense turn: Attorney Connolly is refuting that May 6 is a "Chilling day" like the state is trying to say. He said The murder didn't happen on May 6. May 8 was a fine night according to texts from #SuzanneMorphew & Jeff Libler. Went to town, looked at real estate.

Ah, but there were TWO eye witnesses! And one is dead and the other charged.
Longest 40 minutes of the year! Refresh, repeat. #justiceforsuzanne
The defense has added a high-powered attorney: Sean Connelly, the former Colorado attorney who led the appeals case in the Oklahoma City Bombing cases. The prosecution will give arguments and Morphew's attorneys will follow.

On Saturday between 11:30 and 1 pm, the last day there's proof Suzanne was alive, Barry removed the game cameras near their home. The tranquilizer cap found in the Morphew dryer is a key piece of evidence, and prosecutors say he had injuries on the outside of his hands.

Now arguments for Barry's innocence and they are coming from Connelly, who remarks that there is no physical evidence, no body, lots of opinion/supposition.

By putting her dead hands/fingers on the cables? Just like when one stages a gun's prints.
Defense now up. Attorney says prosecutions case fails as a matter of law because it is based on conjecture.
Defense says this is not a domestic violence case and May 6th when Suzanne texted she was done, he didn't say he was going to kill her.
Defense says on May 8th, the day before she is thought to have been killed, Suzanne told her “paramour’ it was a “fine night” having dinner with #BarryMorphew
WOW, removed the game cameras? I hadn't heard that before, how do they know that?
The defense, on the texts of May 6 when Suzanne said she was done: "Barry didn’t say I’m going to kill you. There’s no evidence of domestic violence." And May 9, the day of the alleged murder: "Average day for Barry Morphew."
Why didn’t they mention the game camera removal during the ph? The removals seem like a big piece of evidence.
I guess the inference is that the last time Barry saw Suzanne alive (whenever that was), she was snoring from being tranquilized. Then he killed her.
Defense says after the "I'm done" text #BarryMorphew didn't respond with violence. There was no evidence of domestic violence. He didn't say he was going to kill her.

OK, Defense Attorney Connelly, which day did THE MURDER happen on.
Did he really say "the murder didn't happen on the 6th"??????
Is there an app on his phone that showed the activity on the cameras? Maybe they suddenly became unavailable and they know where BM was...just speculating.
Yea If I was Barry I'd cancel his check, not worth the money.
Sounds likely; we heard his employees say he obsessively watched his game cams.
"There is no motive... just speculation." There isn't proof of the opportunity to kill #SuzanneMorphew and dispose of her. Attorney Connolly added the state gave offensive redirect of hunting her down like an animal. Now the theory is that he carried a syringe, not a gun.

yes, there was. his co-workers said he was obsessed with watching those cameras IIRC
Oh my giddy aunt. Way to promote the innocence of your client!
