This press release makes more sense to me now. LE was appealing to the unknown guy in the spy pen recording to come forward to speak to them. LE also was appealing to SM's close friends, assuming they knew of this man, to please come forward with what they might know. Apparently SM did not tell anyone of the affair. IMO

I wonder if the strange activity on Suzanne's FB around midnight had something to do with that. Maybe Barry was snooping around looking for evidence that she had been having an affair.

Yes! I've long believed that SM wanted to recover her separate property inheritance in June when they received the final balloon pay-off from IN residence.
