So, I've looked into waste management and landfills.

I don't want to type any of this because it's just horrible.

Landfills have set patterns in which to dump materials, it's usually a grid that they just keep layering grids on top of in a grass covered garbage pyramid (I'm bitter, I can see one from my house.). So, in the first 96 hours after Barry's garbage run, it would have been possible to go directly to the grids where each of those dumpsters contents landed and search.

This is where it gets horrible. There have been cases where a murdered person was known to have been disposed of via trash and even a targeted search of the grid did not turn up the body just due to the shear volume of garbage. I think he did most if the dumping in Broomfield so that would have been Waste Management. I've always thought Barry was too much of a control freak to lose control of the land where Suzanne was hidden, so until this week, I thought he dumped pieces in the area rivers. We know he did his homework and copied the tranq and bike "accident" from Indiana cases.

It just leaves one question that I cannot stop thinking about. Where did he dismember her? There is no way he did it in the house or truck and didn't miss blood evidence somewhere. He's an avid hunter so I have no doubt that he knows how to do the job, but we're talking about a gallon of human blood that tends to get everywhere and can easily be distinguished from animal blood via testing.

Been working on a Google Earth map. Still trying to pinpoint the bus stops. You can swoop around buildings and see the dumpsters and security cameras.

My weapons specialist said that a longer barrel would be more accurate. However, the short rifle would be accurate up to within 20'. Isn't that's up close and personal? Maybe all Barry needed was 20' or less, if this weapon was the one used.

I'm thinking that he was within 20 feet. I think he sneaked up behind her as she lay facedown and aimed for the middle of her upper back as she was messaging. This of course is just an opinion and one I hate thinking about. And yes, up close and personal.

Why did Suzanne describe her last few days as magical, in a communication with JL?
If she was “done”, why were they discussing hikes and having soup and she was texting him to get hot tub stuff? Had Barry calmly agreed to the divorce, and she thought she was home free, looking at houses and sleeping in separate bedrooms? Are there texts/communications to JL that indicate that? And then Barry calmly hunted and murdered her?

MO-SM was lulled into a false sense of security by BM. He was probably calm and agreeable because he knew he would be rid of her soon.

Snipped for focus, BBM.
A 50lb bag of corn sounds like baiting deer, doesn't it? Or...chipmunks?
Is feeding deer even legal in Colorado?

(My mom used to buy bags of corn to feed the the Canada Geese that wintered on our little lake.)
It is illegal to feed or bait in Colorado I do believe but the fine is small.

Baiting deer illegal in CO. Shooting a deer over bait is also illegal, considered poaching.
One reason is it's hard to determine who baited, and also because CDOT uses bait to keep deer off the roads.

I think more along the lines of: phone, diary’s, items associated with the crime such as gloves or clothing, something she had on him (blackmail type items), etc.
Interesting but to make all those dumps for that seems like a lot. I guess time/trial will tell! I am very curious about this!

Curious how Barry laying down the law with one of his daughter's boyfriends supports the charge of Barry murdering his wife and is "a big part of this" ? I don't know...but I fear prosecution would be straying too far off point. I would bet that many men have threatened boyfriends of their daughters.... that was my whole issue with some of the You Tubers...they tried to make every little thing wrap up in a nice bow without thinking like a defense attorney thinks. Same for any old affairs of Barry....or what Barry was like as a little boy....not relevant to right here and now and the charges.... but some of the You Tubers are ex LE so I guess it's to be expected that they think differently than defense attorneys. If this thing goes to trial it will be interesting to see the core case from the prosecution side minus the speculation.
I just want to say that I like your posts because you see it from both sides and I think we see things the same. Whenever I see myself agreeing, I will look and it is usually your name @Momofthreeboys! Thanks.

There is a reason that Barry is facing the short rifle charge....I think its tied to the dart....otherwise...why that charge?
Exactly. If it wasn't related to her disappearance/murder, it would have been charged separately like the voting one. If he was just in possession of an illegal gun but didn't use it in the crime, why is it listed under the murder charge?

I think the tracking on the F350 links to a phone or computer (designed for fleet managers). I wonder if LE can see if BM checked the app around 5:33PM. If BM expected something to show as unreported but it was still showing, perhaps that would initiate Plan B, Range Rover.

But I do have a question on how the computer reset affects the tracking. If it erases data, how far back will the reset go? Does it erase all prior data? Or does it erase a specific time period of data? Does the app store data regardless of onboard reset?

Do we even know exactly what was reset on the truck? I know I reset my trip meter at times. If anyone knows more about the reset please share...

So how big is that bag?Edit-too small for a person. Did the feed get dumped somewhere?

If the corn was purchased for deer/turkey feed, most owners dump the feed inside a large Rubbermaid type container for storage since burlap is a natural fiber that deteriorates.

(Does anybody recall Tony Soprano hiding cash inside his outdoor storage bins with duck feed)?

Oh Gotcha!!

Good question. Until BM did this, I didn't even know it can be done.

I googled and googled and found a a great amount of information this. (My google history must be crazy!lol!)

I also learned instead of disconnecting the battery, you can just pull the fuse. That also will reset the GPS.[/QUOTE

So many APPS on smartphones track location. I'm constantly checking location/microphone setting, they have a way of turning themselves on. Likely more information from his phone too.
