NEW ORLEANS, March 20 (UPI) -- A feared new oil slick in the Gulf of Mexico probably is a plume of silt from dredging on the Mississippi River, the U.S. Coast Guard said Sunday.

Now they ARE saying it's an oil spill?
They have no idea what it is:
I bet it's the oil coming up off the bottom of the Gulf that was leftover from the BP oil spill.
I hope it's coming up from the bottom and not something else leaking.
