College Moves To Fire Sandy Hook Truther Who Allegedly Harassed Victim's Family
Talking Points Memo
By Sara Jerde Published December 17, 2015, 11:22 AM EST

“Florida Atlantic University recommended Wednesday that a professor who insists the 2012 Sandy Hook Elementary School massacre never happened be terminated after the parents of one of the victims accused him of harassment, according to a CBS affiliate.

James Tracy, an associate professor in FAU's School of Communication & Multimedia Studies, has 10 days to appeal the university's decision, according to WFOR's report.

The termination notice came almost a week after the parents of Noah Pozner, a 6 year-old who was killed in the shooting in Newtown, Connecticut, published an op-ed in the Fort Lauderdale Sun Sentinel that accused Tracy of harassing them for proof that their son was once alive.”

*

“The university had previously reprimanded Tracy in 2013 for posting on his personal blog that the Sandy Hook shooting was likely staged. The university said at the time that Tracy didn't make it clear enough that he was not speaking on the college's behalf, according to the Sun Sentinel.”

*

“In the post, Tracy also advertised his book "Nobody Died At Sandy Hook," which outlines his conspiracy theories. He said it was released online for free after Amazon refused to sell it.”

Their stories don't match up. You don't get pulled over for parking in the fire lane at Walmart.

"That was such a heinous crime, I don't want to be connected to it in any way," Rodia said.

He says he was miles away in Greenwich, getting a warning for illegally parking in a fire zone.

"I was with my niece driving my mother's sage green Nissan," the 43-year-old Norwalk resident said.

Greenwich Detective Vincent O'Banner remembers pulling Rodia over in that city around the time of the Newtown shootings. "I do remember that," he said. "I gave him a verbal warning."

Here's the unscrambled audio related to Christopher Rodia. He provided more detailed information than what would be ceded from a driver's license. The man was apparently reading from a computer screen. Notice how long it takes for him to find (9 seconds) his birthdate.

Well, you don't get pulled over for parking, as if you are parked, you are already pulled over.

However, says who warnings aren't given for illegally parking in a fire zone? Are you saying that particular law is never enforced? Please provide links/sources/something to back that up.

Judge Rules Docs Taken from Sandy Hook Shooter's House Must Stay Secret

by Corky Siemaszko

Many of Sandy Hook shooter Adam Lanza's darkest secrets are going to stay secret.

A Connecticut judge has overturned a decision by the state's Freedom of Information Commission to release a spiral-bound notebook that the mass murderer called "The Big Book of Granny" and into which he poured his thoughts, The Hartford Courant reported Tuesday.

The judge also nixed the release of a spreadsheet of earlier mass killings that Lanza created, according to the Courant, which had requested the items...

There are a few prominent*forensic psychiatrists whose work is focused their work on deciphering the minds of evil killers like Lanza*to try to identify traits/commonalities among these individuals in order to hopefully be able to identify and treat those who have not acted but share the same traits. Hopefully clinical, credentialed researchers like that will be able to study the writings.

A Connecticut judge is hearing arguments on whether to dismiss a lawsuit against the maker of the semiautomatic rifle used to kill 20 children and six adults in the 2012 Sandy Hook Elementary School massacre; a weapon similar to the one used this month in the shooting at a Florida nightclub.

Bridgeport Superior Court Judge Barbara Bellis listened to attorneys from both sides Monday.
Remington Arms filed a motion to strike the case. Bellis rejected a similar request by Remington to dismiss the lawsuit back in April.

The judge is deciding if the gunmaker and seller can, or should, be held responsible for the tragedy.

New Sandy Hook school opening to public 4 years after massacre

NEWTOWN, Conn. (AP) — When the public gets its first glimpse Friday of the school built to replace the one where 20 first-graders and six educators were massacred, they’ll see a building designed to be attractive, environmentally friendly, conducive to learning, and above all, safe.

The old Sandy Hook Elementary School was torn down after the gunman’s rampage in December 2012. The new $50 million, 86,000-square-foot school was built on the same property but not in the old footprint, and is scheduled to open next month. A media tour will precede a public open house on Friday...

Huh?

http://wtnh.com/2016/06/20/hearing-set-on-gun-makers-bid-to-dismiss-newtown-lawsuit/

Are "they" suing the mental hospitals that wouldn't admit Lanza at his mother's request because he was an adult? The State or Federal government that wouldn't declare him disabled "enough" to receive appropriate care?

Do "they" buy a new hammer every time "they" miss a nail? NO, "they" probably do not blame that tool, just the tool Lanza selected.

$50 million to build a school, that replaces the old Sandy Hook elementary, so as not to perpetuate bad memories. Yet it is built on the same grounds and named exactly the same. They didnt tear down Columbine or the homes of those killers.

Columbine was remodeled before it reopened In the fall. The biggest change was removing the library where several students died.

16 months later. Sandy Hook was demo-ed less than a year later and the Lanza home shortly after. Those involved in the demo of the school signed nondisclosure contracts. And all of the Lanza's possessions were incinerated before the house was demo-ed. Seems like less than a year is very early for destroying evidence. Doesn't it?

Man charged with threatening Sandy Hook School

A Connecticut man is accused of phoning in a threat to the new Sandy Hook Elementary School, which replaced the building that was demolished after 20 children and six educators were shot to death there in 2012.

Newtown police arrested 28-year-old Pierre Beauvil, of Stamford, on Friday on threatening, harassment and breach of peace charges.

<SNIP>

Newtown police say they and other area police departments are investigating whether Beauvil threatened other schools.

I have to agree with them, "Nancy Lanza was careless and negligent in leaving a Bushmaster AR-15 rifle unsecured in her home." Gun owners should be responsible for their guns.

Actually the Sheriff said that her guns were kept in a locked safe. I am dismayed at all the people who are blaming all gun owners and all mentally ill people for this tragedy. The push to strip people of the rights and
freedoms guaranteed by the Bill of Rights is horrifying to people who value their rights and freedoms.

Nancy Lanza kept firearms in her home despite knowing that her son was deeply disturbed. She paid for that mistake with her life, the community paid for it with the lives of young children and teachers. Yes Nancy did have the Bushmaster in a safe, but she allowed Adam to have unrestricted access to a .22 rifle. He used that to kill his mother and gain access to the other weapons kept in the safe.

This isn't the first family to make that mistake. The Thurston High shooting followed the same pattern of parents allowing a son with severe psychological problems to have firearms.

So, it's "blame all mentally ill people"? Even though the mentally ill are more likely to be a victim of a violent crime than the perp?
Rights and freedoms cannot be stripped from an American without giving them their day in court---AKA due process.
As someone who has mentally ill family members who also hunt and own guns- they are as safe as any so-called "normal person". Probably
safer since more "normal" people are criminals than mentally ill people are criminals.

Adam Lanza had a history of behavior that made it clear he was a risk to himself or others. The same was true of the Thurston High shooter.

As did Cho at Virginia Tech.

Confidentiality protected Cho.

Adam Lanza's Mom couldn't arrange inpatient care for him because he was an adult.

Our "human services systems" seem to place the System before services and humans....

All three invested a staggering number of hours playing first-person-shooter video games. Is anyone suggesting that Sega be shut down, or filing a lawsuit against X-Box?
