I think the dilemma we struggle with on the timeline for that morning is how did her car get from her home to the Park? We know she was attacked in her own garage based on the arrest warrant. Did the attacker drive up to her home? I've gone back and forth but I think it is possible he used either the employee's vehicle or his own suburban to get to her house - entered the garage (how? I don't know but some early reports indicated her garage door was open but this was never confirmed by LE) - attacked her, put her body in HER SUV closed the garage and returned to the vehicle he drove. Could he have driven to the NC property he owns through Fore Group (61 Sturbridge) and parked that vehicle there and jogged/biked back to her house 3.2 miles (did he throw a child's bike in the car he drove away with?) and drove her SUV with the evidence in it to that property - transferred it to the other vehicle (or buried on that property) cleaned up her SUV and parked it at Waveny Park then jogged back to that property and drove the same vehicle to the car wash and returned it to the place of exchange. Is it possible he did all of this alone? I don't know. I don't think so JMO

Too confusing to me. Who knows. We need holes filled in by LE.

It is totally possible.
1. Parked red truck @ park
2. Walked/jogged/biked to JD's house (approx. 3.5 miles)
3. Killed JD.
4. Cleaned up. Loaded everything into JD's Suburban and drove to park.
5. Exchanged Suburban with red truck @ park.

There are a lot of variables. But my point is, he only needed to make ONE trip to JD's house in some way other than driving a vehicle there. After that, he only needed to exchange vehicles. Perfectly do-able. Oh, and I don't believe that FD had any in-person morning meetings. JMHO.
RE: #4 - if everything was in JD's suburban where did he transfer it to the red truck without being noticed?

What if... he drove the red truck to her house, surprised and killed her in the garage. Then jumped in her car and pulled his car into the garage while he went to plant hers at the park. Then he runs back, cleans up etc (maybe missing splatter on her other car because garages never seem to be brightly lit), loads her body and all the cleanup supplies into the red truck and takes off.

If he
We discussed this on Thread 1-2 and if memory serves, she was born in Tennessee - @LittleBitty or @afitzy - is he a US citizen although born abroad? I can't remember for sure- or anyone ?
FD must be a US citizen by now. Probably from his first marriage he had a visa from marriage. If not then, then he definitely got his citizenship through JD. That's how he has a US passport. You can't have a US passport if not a US citizen.

Me, too. I'm leaning toward buried, and not all that far from her house - thinking that he would prefer to hide the body ASAP. But like I posted before, these perps don't seem to have a problem driving for miles with a body in the car.

I live in CT, if you knew you were going to murder someone; you dig a deep enough hole in the middle of God knows-where woods - of which there are TONS of woods here - you bury the body deep deep deep - you pour concrete on it, then you leave enough room for dirt and plantings on-top of the concrete, move plantings over it.

That’s my guess what he did ...

It’s a literal jungle here in CT now.

Someone posted a very possible scenario on FB - JD, FD, MT Connecticut Case Discussion Group. Check it out. Accidental rage killing, hid body at vacant home property closer to his home.

I think the visa is for a former Fore group employee who was a witness in the divorce case

OOH thanks - forgot about the banging and I am thinking the phone pings have to coincide with the vehicle exchange I just don't have time to noodle on that right now.
A good explanation of the exchange was offered by @missingm on a previous thread:

"We can't sleuth the employee, but obviously there had to be an exchange of vehicles at some point. I am guessing that is why FD appears to walk from 80 Mountain Spring (business) to 4 Jefferson Crossing (home) from 3:38 pm and 4:17 pm. He had to leave the employee's truck where employee left it or last saw it. Employee then picks up FD at home and they drive over to work property to get the truck."

Even on the show, and other surveillance programs, they frequently, cannot enhance the images to make them clear enough to identify the suspect(s).
I think the show is an excellent way to show the general public how surveillance works in solving a crime... It just is not always perfect...
Even with DNA transference; it is not necessarily transferred during a crime, but can be transferred by other methods...
Thus waiting until all evidence is gathered and analyzed; because law enforcement, is allowed by law, to stretch the truth for a confession or hops of entrapment...
That’s true about many surveillance camera images of being low quality.

What law enforcement has going for it here, is the camera system in place in Hartford.

These are going to be high quality videos, and have already paid dividends.

Law enforcement can lie to suspects, but that doesn’t work if they’ve already lawyered up.

FD won’t ever speak to law enforcement.

yes - this is possible - still only one run needed. my hope is that he didn't clean off the SUV very well and their are fingerprints on the door handle/steering wheel and perhaps some spatter since the other vehicle had it and was also parked in the garage.

FD (according to divorce papers filed by JD) is an American and a Turkish Citizen. He was raised in Greece and Turkey.
Here is what we know about a missing Connecticut mother of five and the two people charged in the case

MT was born in September of 1974 in Tennessee and her father is a native of Venezuela.
EXCLUSIVE: Socialite girlfriend of Connecticut husband who was arrested over the disappearance of mom of five Jennifer Dulos has a 12-year-old lovechild with a dashing Argentinian Olympic skier

I watched a forensics show where they were able to convict a bank robber based on the fading of his jeans as they favorably compared the fabric enough to match hundreds of points from a security video.

In one case a man was identified by the way the plaid matched up on his flannel shirt.

Yet another showed a tiny irregularity in a knit shirt.

FD better hope he had on a brand new hat and shirt without flaws or all bets are off!

Computer technology once again comes through and I'm so thankful.

Excellent point! I see some specialists are using hand and body identification for identification outside of just the face...
This identification is needed in subjects engaged in child *advertiser censored* and snuff films, where the faces are frequently not displayed, this process has also been successful...
Thus they can look at hands and look for bracelets, rings, etc...

I totally agree.

He only had to get there, and would have used Jennifer’s vehicle to leave the scene.

I’m fully expecting a forensic analysis of that vehicle to turn up evidence that Jennifer’s body was inside.

This will be crucial to the case.

A good spot to check would be the lever that adjusts the car seat. JD was tiny. There is a chance that whoever drove her vehicle (FD) moved the seat.

Thanks!
I can’t believe that since it was listed on 5/21/19 at $849,900 it was reduced in price on 6/17/19 to $799,900. Glad I am not an owner of a McMansion or large property I’m trying to sell in that area.

It’s being represented at least by Coldwell Bankers. You can even take a tour of the property which is what Little Bitty would be doing if I lived in Connecticut close by Avon.

I guess the realtor mentioned a lot inMSM, Rob Giuffria of Tea Leaf Realty who has been trying to sell the 4 Jefferson Crossing property for basically over a year now, is off the case for other Fore Group properties?

He is the one who spoke to FD after JDs disappearance and FD said her disappearance “was a sad situation and FD hopes she’s found soon.” Same realtor also spoke to JD about a year ago and she was inquiring how the 4 Jefferson Crossing sale was going.
Jennifer Dulos’ estranged husband, his girlfriend, arrested in disappearance case

I can’t say I blame FD for using another realtor?

Man I would so sign up for a tour and try to look as legitimately rich as possible so no one would be suspicious of me. Lol. I want a tour. Oh well...

Conflicting info on Zillow (which I know isn't always the most accurate). On the market for 847 days with a $1.9 million price cut on 6/17. I think it is an empty lot that the Foregroup wishes to build a new home upon. MOO

Thank you - I may add this to the timeline since it pops up every now and then.

Wait. She was very slender but around the same height as FD, IIRC. Maybe he didn't have to adjust the seat. Dang it. I thought I had a good idea.
