A Stamford court clerk confirmed to FOX61 News the trial will begin a whole month ahead of schedule on Monday, Dec. 11 at 10 a.m.

Troconis faces charges of conspiracy to commit murder, tampering with physical evidence, hindering the prosecution, and conspiracy to tamper with physical evidence in connection to the disappearance of New Canaan mother Jennifer Dulos. She has pled not guilty to all the charges.

Fotis Dulos was eventually charged with the murder of his estranged wife's death despite her remains never being found. However, before he could stand trial, Fotis Dulos died by suicide in January 2020.

His death left Troconis and Kent Mawhinney, Fotis' friend and personal lawyer, the only two people remaining facing charges concerning Jennifer Dulos' disappearance.

I think her family doesn’t care about Jennifer’s murder at all. They loathe Jennifer for not getting out of Michi’s way and giving everything she had to Fotis, so they could continue their “beautiful life”.
It’s remarkable to me that she can point to PG as an unindicted suspect because his truck was used-but she was cleaning the truck, and helped get it detailed-as you said, there is irrefutable evidence of her doing that, including but not limited to her admitting to it. He is the one who saved the blood-stained seats. He would not have done that if he was involved in any way. This is how you know that the original plan was for PG to go down for this.

They are awful people. I bet they’ve had a discussion about how she should be off the hook because Fotis killed himself, so they dropped HIS charges, and they should do the same for her. If that is the case, there is one thing I do agree with-fD should be facing the music, and it is infuriating that he was left with an opportunity to kill himself. I actually think that Pattis and Smith knew it was a good possibility, and let it happen, because he was undefendable.
