ORANGE COUNTY, Fla. -- Two major searches for Caylee Anthony's remains will begin Monday morning at 8:00am. Texas based Equusearch will scour parts of Orange County for the third day with the help of volunteers.

Equusearch said they have received no help or cooperation from Casey Anthony, who is charged with first-degree murder of her daughter Caylee, or her family.

As soon as the crew entered a wooded area off of 417 on a street called Sounderson, they found several garbage bags filled with rotted food. The garbage bags were covering what appears to be a hole created by a few trees.

When the bags were removed an awful smell came out. Equusearch core-people began shaking their heads. "You know how many times we search for one person and find another," said Mandy Albriton of Equusearch.

Equusearch founder, Tim Miller, is at the scene.

Gag Order Hearing In Casey Case Postponed; Caylee Search Ongoing
UPDATED: 11:22 am EST November 10, 2008

ORLANDO, Fla. -- A hearing on a sweeping gag order in the case against Casey Anthony, who has been charged with first-degree murder in the disappearance of her 3-year-old daughter, Caylee, was postponed on Monday.

It is not known when the hearing, which would restrict attorneys, witnesses, law enforcement and the Anthony family from commenting publicly about the case, will be held. The purpose of the order would be to protect potential jurors from being influenced by pretrial publicity, Local 6 News reported.

A couple of updates that are not linked yet as they were just announced on the midday local news.

***Tim Miller of TES "BLASTS" Bountyhunter LP and states no reason to dive there...TM also says he hopes LP is not doing this for "self-promotion."

***Motions will not be heard today specifically because of scheduling "blunder" of Baez who says he forgot he had other case.

These 2 items were just announced and I have no links but that is what I just heard and saw on wftv.

Two divers in the water at Blanchard Park
12:21 p.m. LP has two divers in the river at Jay Blanchard Park this afternoon to search for Caylee Marie.

One man is standing in the water, feeding a line to another diver using scuba gear. Visibility is low and that diver is only able to run his hands along the bottom, according to RD, who is helping Padilla.

A team member from EquuSearch snapped a picture back in August of the cross hanging from a tree. The cross is made from the same type of arts and crafts materials found in Casey's bedroom. Padilla said he is focusing his attention on the photograph.

"We looked at the tree where the cross was hanging and it's not more than 70 yards away from the water's edge," he said.

I suspected Tim found that between the Anthony family obstruction PLUS having to deal with LP's endless speculations in public, he knew the search was doomed.

I'd love to know what other cases Huggy Jose might be working on. I thought his Casey occupied ALL his waking hours.

Padilla said he received a tip from a friend of Anthony's, leading to the new search. Padilla said the friend showed him a picture of a cross that she had taken at Blanchard Park and it matched some arts and crafts that were in Anthony's room.

"She could have easily gone to the park, taken the body out, ruptured the bag when she pulled the body out of the trunk -- which left fluids in the trunk -- gotten it all over herself, taken it to the edge of the water and dumped it in there," Padilla said.

Bounty Hunter Conducts Separate Search
As EquuSearch continues looking for Caylee near the airport, California bounty hunter LP is conducting a separate search at Little Econ River.

Padilla has hired his own dive team to search the river for the body of the missing toddler.

The bounty hunter said he was led to the Blanchard Park area by a cross after remembering a picture he saw in the room of Caylee's mother, Casey Anthony.

LP said he saw the picture in Casey's room over the summer, when he was in town after bailing her out of jail.
