The Miracle for Justina site has posted another back-patting statement from the Pelletier's lawyers:

This is a huge development in the law and the fight for the rights of parents, patients, and even doctors. The case will now proceed through the long process of discovery in order to prepare for trial. Congratulations to the Pelletier family!

Those who disagree with the family's contentions would describe what happened in a very different way.
We can only wonder how long "the long process of discovery" will be. This could take years to be resolved.

In the criminal complaint, she’s called “Patient A,” but to me, she has a name, Justina Pelletier. Boston Children’s Hospital disagreed with her diagnosis. They said her symptoms were psychological. They made misleading statements on an affidavit, went to court, and had Justina’s parents stripped of custody.
They stopped her painkillers, leaving her in agony. They stopped her heart medication, leaving her tachycardic. They said she was a danger to herself, and locked her in a psych ward. They said her family was part of the problem, so they limited, monitored, and censored her contact with them.

Wow. Marty has serious issues and quite the martyr complex, IMO. Or maybe it's a savior complex.
I'd like to know where he got all his "facts" from.
