Oh man, I feel so bad for these guys that they had to deal with someone who was absolutely stealth. What a mess. Bless them.

Yes. The blame for this lies on the stealth juror. Not JSS.

She stated this during deliberations, not during voice dire.

I LOVE, LOVE, LOVE these jurors (minus the stealth one obviously). They are sharp as can be. What a shame they were railroaded.

They believe she has bpd but it was not a mitigator.

They believe DeMarte and BPD and feel it was not mitigating

Jury felt emotional abuse was on BOTH SIDES.

    BPD not a mitigating factor.

Even though I have believed, and shared here, that I thought this holdout was due to one person not being able to go through with the DP, I am still so disappointed and heartbroken, even MORE so now listening to the jury. They didn't believe ANY of it. I just WISH there was some way to fix this.

Majority of jurors did not feel her personality 'disorder' was a factor at all.....

hearing these jurors making it even worse.

to hear they overcame their religious beliefs and were willing to give the dp and failed because of this 1 stealth juror

i'd say travis has been vindicated, they believe NO abuse (physical)

    bpd not a mitigator

    Fonseca - not credible!

Geffner - discredited him after he came back
(thoought he was more credible the first time, probably would have been better not bringing him back)

How could she do that, if she ever listened to what the jurors are saying here.
