Sleuthing to help downtrodden victims of dastardly

I've been in direct contact with a few individuals who formerly supported Arias, though one did not necessarily believe in her innocence. Contact included letters and postcards, phone calls and visits. Over time, they came to see her manipulative ways and are very, very sorry for their support of her. I have to be careful with what I do reveal, so anything I have said has another source on SM before I disclose more information. I also am a few layers removed from a mole/the moles who have infiltrated some of her most secret groups.
When this is all over and done, if I have permission, I will share more of what I learned over time.

Wow gcharlie! You have been busy! Excellent work and thanks for sharing the parts you can. I hope the Court will tighten up their security and procedures after all this fallout and info has come to light. Why MDLR aided and abetted CMJA is beyond my comprehension. The only thing that comes to mind is MONEY. Do you have insight on that as well?
LambChop,Do we even know that it was possible for JM to strike J17? I do not recall seeing anything that JM tried to get J17 eliminated or that he voted to keep her.
Greed and arrogance comes to mind.Wow gcharlie!
Zuri, I don't know why MDLR has acted in the way that she has. My best guess is that she is strongly opposed to the death penalty and she allowed herself to become personally involved with Arias.
Qualifications for a mitigation specialist include being a licensed social worker. This is not a very high bar, and I apologize if I offend anyone by saying that. MDLR is also privately contracted by Maricopa County, as opposed to being employed by the Office of the Public Defender. Because of this, her supervision is limited to the attorneys representing the defendant and she does not go through regular performance reviews. A lot can fall through the cracks this way and IMO without constant supervision and feedback, she has not had a path set for professional development.
MDLR was assigned as mit spec shortly after Victoria Washington's motion to resign as counsel was accepted in December 2011. A letter to Lisa written by Arias in August 2013 was just released a few days ago. In that letter, Arias wrote that MDLR had been buying art supplies, including art paper for Arias for more than a year. Arias said in this letter that the art paper is banned. Very early on, MDLR was using her own money to provide things to Arias. It is unclear if the art paper was always banned, but it stands to reason that it was contraband, or not allowed.
I have now heard from three different sources that later art sold as Arias' was not in fact drawn by her. If art paper was banned, then anything released beginning in the fall of 2013 should be on cardboard. If anyone has a good eye for sketches, look at her art carefully. You should be able to tell what is on cardboard vs. acid paper.
From this video, It looks like JM tried to get her off twice BEFORE the trial even started.
Here is JM interviewing Juror 138, (juror 17)
Starting at 8:22 to 14:48
JSS call the attorneys to the bench to talk about Juror 138 (soon to be juror 17)
KN says he has no motions, JM says he clearly wants her discharged for cause.
Juan tries again at 31:55!
This was on October 7, 2014
trucrimefest! THANK YOU! This is exactly right on as my theory.
That is what I thought. We do not know if he was able to use a strike or not for this juror, or why. We are not privy to that information.
Pretty sure this is Katicoolady friend and I hope he does not mind if I post it, but his theory could be very spot on.

Logically, there is only 1 valid reason why @michaelbkiefer didn't report the 11 juror names listed on #jodiarias ii site - he leaked them.
I feel the same way. I got so angry watching these videos and can't believe how hard Juan had to fight to just get an answer. JSS should have put her foot down and forced dr. f. to answer his questions. It was a battle all the way through the trial for Juan just to get treated fairly.
It's really pointing at JA's side leaking info. They seem to be telling about themselves or JA, just like the whole retrial. They point at their opposition, Juan, Flores, especially Travis, the things JA or themselves are doing or have done. Nurmi pretending to be JM mocking Dr. D. etc...it was just too obvious to me.
As for MK, BN and the likes of them. They are envious of little ole short Juan who in all honesty pushes to the limit, has more recognition, admirers & position than a reporter and a GuyInTheSKY helicopter reporter turned master of everything and a not well liked reporter in the Phonex area. I'd rather be the assistant prosecutor, not wheeling and dealing testimony or publishing for a rag of a news outlet anymore. jmo
