Yes, the post which mentioned that there are 50 identifications was from 6th March, Bred has been added later, hopefully there more Does identified since March 6th.

The facial features of this particular recon are pretty much spot on.

Of the others with high matches, have to think that Tukwila, Mowry and Marion (OH 1989) are probably amongst the identified as well if there is no significant endogamy complicating things. There could be a chance that Carson City Jane Doe, LaVergne, Apache, Kenosha (another Native American) and Ms. Startex are close too, just purely going off of numbers.

I also hope they will eventually release additional geographical and ethnical information on St Tammany JD, I was looking for missing Greek people who have a similar profile to this JD but so far found none, I think there is a chance he is from a Balcan state abd also I am not sure what is a chance him being Armenian. What I found is that there is a huge Greek community in Louisiana

I agree, also I am hopeful that Grundy co JN will be identified this year, her numbers improved dramatically after the Gedmatch changes.

Tulwila JN and Mowry co both had Namus profile amendments this year, in case of Tukwila JN the biological sex was changed from female to male and Mowry co JN has a new reconstruction added to Namus profile. I think they could have been identified and just can take longer for their identities to be released to public

It should be interesting to see her admixture if sequencing if successful - quite the wide range in those reconstructions. I wonder if she could also be First Nations.

It should be interesting to see her admixture if sequencing if successful - quite the wide range in those reconstructions. I wonder if she could also be First Nations.

She is listed as white, but who knows! On the DDP press release on Shirley Soosay it is said she is one of the first First Nations identified with forensic genealogy, I remember Peggy Elgo was identified when her DNA was added to Codis (and it is not forensic genealogy), are there any other known cases? I wonder, if Kenosha JN was identified before Shirley...
 
I have to wonder if another announcement is pending, they just sort of added Bowmanville Jane Doe with no announcement or anything.
