DNA testing doggie doodie!

A manager of an apartment complex in New Hampshire has had it with her tenants leaving "doodie" and the doggie owners not picking up after themselves..so she has taken DNA samples of all the dogs (saliva swabs) and has kits available. When she finds "puppy mounds" she will collect the samples and send them off to be tested. When she finds the culprit that has left behind his "dastardly doo"..She will most likely fine the owner but not yet sure how much the fine will be...

Do you think ABC will pick this up for a new Fall Show...CSI Puppy Doo Doo!!
