I can't see how a lawsuit like this would have any merit maybe his lawyer thinks that the city will settle out of court to avoid more rioting.

So, sum total of DW's alleged assault to DJ was -

I wonder if this ^allegation will be consistent w
- DJ's multiple early-on MSM interviews?
- DJ's interviews w FPD or SLCo PD or w DOJ?
- DJ's GJ testimony.

I wonder how many links to those are already dead.

First Dorian incites the riots that burned the Main Street of Ferguson down, by making up a horrendous lie about his friend dying with his hands up in surrender, as they were walking to Grandma's house. Then after a year of solid protesting, which have bankrupted the city's coffers, Dorian has the gall to come back and try to sue the city. What a low life, worthless move on his part/JMO

Good luck with that Dorian. You need a new meme though. Your hands up, don't shoot one was proven to be a complete falsehood.

I smell a rat. One with a law degree and mucho frequent flyer miles.

I guess Dorian and his legal team missed this tidbit from the US Dept. Of Justice Final REport:

"Justice Department finds that Ferguson officer did not violate Michael Brown's rights"

Hey Dorian, if the DOJ determined that DW did not violate his rights, why would they find he violated yours? You were alive and well enough to run home and hide your pot. :giggle:

The DOJ report had this to say about Witness 101 (DJ):

Witness 101 has a misdemeanor conviction for a crime of dishonesty likely admissible in federal court as impeachment evidence. As described above, material parts of Witness 101’s account are inconsistent with the physical and forensic evidence, internally inconsistent from one part of his account to the next, and inconsistent with other credible witness accounts that are corroborated by physical evidence. It is also unclear whether Witness 101 had the ability to accurately perceive the shootings. Witness 101 likely crouched down next to a white Monte Carlo as Wilson chased Brown. The Monte Carlo was facing west with a view of the passenger side of the SUV. Brown ran in the opposite direction that the Monte Carlo was facing. Witness accounts vary as to whether Witness 101 was ducking for cover on the passenger side of the Monte Carlo with his back to the shooting, or whether he fled the scene prior to the final shots being fired. Both Witness 101’s inconsistencies and his ability to perceive what happened, or lack thereof, make his account vulnerable to effective cross-examination and extensive impeachment. Accordingly, after a thorough review of all of the evidence, federal prosecutors determined material portions of Witness 101’s account lack credibility and therefore determined that his account does not support a prosecution of Darren Wilson.

can't wait until the Judge provides this to DJs attorneys -- where to lawyers get their degrees nowadays? Sears?!

We really need tort reform & a new approach to our judicial system -- these frivolous law suits are asinine & flooding our court rooms

just another way to make a quick buck while wasting TAX payers $$$$$$$$ GAWD

I was wondering how much allegations in Complaint conflict w his other versions of events, like his MSM interviews, later interviews w FPD or SLCo PD or w DOJ, his GJ testimony & w other witnesses.
sonjay already posted quotes from DOJ rpt & I've added them below w applicable paras.

Anyone want to continue reviewing Assault allegations, starting on p 12, to compare para by para to his other stmts???
http://media.bizj.us/view/img/578776...f-ferguson.pdf
This may be an exercise in redundancy, or too tedious, or both.

Seems para 25, 26, and 28 will have the biggest discrepancies in his various versions.

He may not have violated MB's rights, but it's not 100% out of the realm of possibility that he has violated others.

http://www.nytimes.com/2015/03/04/u...ice-bias-and-excessive-force-in-ferguson.html

This article is a joke. Major conclusion was that Ferguson needed more blacks in Police force and in local government and a citizens review panel. Guess what---BALTIMORe, one of the most 'progressive' US cities has all of the above.

It is funny when I read about the cops being the biased ones. Because whenever I hear any of the locals speak, I hear hatred, vitriol nd massive bias against the cops. JMO
