Although I'm sure Dr. Sievers was firmly grounded ethically, and trying to provide supplements as a convenience to her patients, doing so can be a slippery slope according to the AMA ethics guidelines linked below. No doubt she was meticulous about following these guidelines, but MS clearly isn't respecting or following her intentions. I suppose since he isn't an M.D. he feels he can opportunistically market to her former patients. I wonder if they are his only customer base or if he is marketing to the general public too. I also wonder how many former patients are now getting their supplements elsewhere.

Personally, I feel uncomfortable when a doctor has things for sale, unless they make it clear that these items are available elsewhere, etc. as the AMA guidelines outline. But then again, I've never met a doctor like Dr. Sievers, so I might have felt differently with her. :)

That's odd (to me anyway) that it says he has been listed as the owner dating back to 1999. From everything I have read, they didn't get married until 2003 I think? Now I'm confused again. But his entire case has been so confusing, that I could be wrong.

  3. MS is listed as the registered agent and manager for Restorative Health and Healing as of 2009:

    http://search.sunbiz.org/Inquiry/Co...c&listNameOrder=RESTORATIVECARE P140000191860

Teresa is only listed as a manager (with MS) on the entity created for the children's charitable work:

    http://search.sunbiz.org/Inquiry/Co...sa&listNameOrder=SIEVERSTERESAA L110000668371

Teresa is listed as an authorized member on one other ACTIVE entity, where MS is listed as the manager.

    http://search.sunbiz.org/Inquiry/Co...sa&listNameOrder=SIEVERSTERESAA L110000668371

Teresa is listed as a manager on an INACTIVE entity. Any entity that is active lists MS as the manager.

All of these records highlight what Teresa told me on more than one occasion. MS ran all household and practice business and handled all finances.

As I've stated before, during visits to Dr. Sievers, I paid to two separate accounts. My office visits was billed/paid to Dr. Sievers - and she was the listed owner. When ordering supplements - THAT WERE PRESCRIBED by Dr. Sievers, I was billed/paid to Restorative Health and Healing - Mark Sievers is the listed owner dating back to 1999. So, Mark is encouraging Dr. Sievers former patients to continue to purchase supplements "indefinitely". This is a continued revenue source for Mark. Dr. Sievers used the supplement site only as a source to purchase supplements that she prescribed and monitored! She would never advocate patients just ordering supplements without Doctor supervision. I won't purchase supplements from the site - knowing that Mark is making money from each purchase. Dr. Sievers had over 1,000 patients. The supplements would be a big income source - IMO.

The LLC was effective 10-30-2009, not 1999.

  5. And don't forget the entity created by MS in Missouri back in March of 2000 - Universal Communications Unlimited LLC, that used a registration address of 650 S. OLD HWY. 141 Fenton, MO 63026:

    http://www.missouricorps.com/corp/473945.html

Which is the same address that comes up as one of CWW's previous addresses when you do a simple background check as an address that he used through November of 2000 (scroll down): http://www.familytreenow.com/records/people/wright/wayne/_dmpvyx0ijz3u2vxkys6hw

This business is also registered in Florida under MS, and is still an ACTVE entity as of today. When this business was originally registered in Florida in 2003, "sales" was listed as the type of business: http://search.sunbiz.org/Inquiry/Co...0904\20575152.Tif&documentNumber=M03000002898

Thank you AR. Yes, typo on my part (not 1999, but 2009). My point is that the Restorative Health was listed as owned by MS not Dr. Sievers.

I so agree with your last paragraph. I have bought products from a doctor's office before but only because I saw them and asked about them first. Examples: "hey doc, what's so special about that pillow" or "do you think that Bio Freeze you have will help me?" With the response of "it may". But never any hard sells because that would put up a red flag to me real fast. My general physician has always told me the best way to get nutrition is through your foods. He has suggested, over the 20 year period I have been seeing him, to add a couple daily supplements to my diet because I'm stubborn about my random eating habits. I'm a very moody eater I suppose. But to actually get him to name a supplier is like pulling teeth! And as he has told me there is not a "fix all" supplement, get it from actual food and changing your diet if need be". So I am a bit hesitant about jumping on the supplement train. JMO, and I mean no disrespect to those who feel otherwise. And I say that while holding fast to my fish oil, iron and potassium suppliments!
Edited to add: the thought behind my blabbering was TS on that cable? show raving about the suppliments and the discussion of MS leading? her in that direction? I don't think he could make her or somehow encourage her to do something she didn't want to. And in that infomercial or taping she seemed very certain she believed in what she was promoting. I don't think we can pin the entire suppliments selling to MS's back is what I'm getting at..even if it was his gig before they even met.

I am curious why MS was tossing doctor Sievers office computers in the dumpster on July 6. Apparently he was (IMO)in a super hurry to get rid of some incriminating evidence in the hard drive and that is why the investigation is still ongoing. IF so, we might see MS charged with additional if not several more crimes. JMO.

I have to admit, the investigators have a pretty big job in front of them untangling the business finances, home finances, personal finances and finding the patterns where they intersect, as I am most certain they do. The two checks in discovery are drawn on an account that is solely Teresa's. That gives me pause, but only because of my own personal experience(s) and may not be significant, but it might too. We'll just have to wait and see...

I'm wondering if LE performed a search of the medical office, it's phone usage, etc.
I'm also theorizing that if MS and CWW had some kind of "gig" going and used the medical office and its business to keep their "business" looking clean. Then TS starts talking divorce and that's what would've put MS and CWW "out of business". MS may have had CWW on a secret "payroll" for whatever reason and through a divorce all that would've ended for both of them. I believe it was within the doc dump where it stated that "MS and sent CWW a long facebook message regarding divorce". I'm interested in seeing every syllable of that message. Also, somewhere within the doc dumps it stated that CWW (It was CWW IIRC) had someone else's driver's license or photo ID on them......wonder if that was used to open banking accounts and if LE checked to see if there were in fact any bank accounts opened under that name by CWW. Just some thoughts that are hitting the fingertips............

Why would MS go to the office on the day of TS funeral (July 6)and throw computers into the dumpster unless he was trying to hide something. That is also the day the crime scene tape went back up around the house. Something must have freaked him out that day, maybe in conversations with CWW or the 2nd interview with LE could have made him realize they were on to him because the very next day he lawyers up and refuses to answer any more questions.

Oh, I do. He made a trip specifically over to the office on the day of her funeral to do this. MS is all about keeping up with appearances/facades. He wouldn't have done it on this particular day unless it was absolutely necessary.

i think SMS told us in an interview with Tricia that he and/or his representative(s) were at Teresa's funeral
i am foggy on the details but can you imagine if you were "grieveing' with your BFF +wife, who came all the way from Missouri, and all of a sudden you look up and there's SMS?

I think it would make me run to the office and get rid of incriminating evidence.
