When Ej gets out of jail, I'm going to be keeping up with her. I wonder where she will go after she gets out.

Wow...unbelievable that he also claims that he would not tell anyone if he were to find out that Gabriel is deceased. And this is a father of 5 children. I wonder if he'd let his prize client babysit for him. His wife's comments about throwing out the texts and all you have is a woman who gave her child away to complete strangers like that's perfectly okay and a normal thing to do were also unbelievable. Where is their sympathy for the father of that child...only for EJ. Horrible people...both of them.

I see Logan commented on that site. Get the feeling he doesn't think much of MV. LOL

Another completely avoidable death, IMO. There should be a crime to hand a child over to a stranger! Not that I believe she did, but too many claiming that crap lately!

Totally, EJ could have signed over her parenting rights and walked away for good and she would not be where she is now.

If I were in her shoes, that is the first thing I would have done as a single mother if I knew I did not want to keep my child.

She gets out in a year.......... Wonder what she will do and where she will go.

Why is he a horrible person for doing his job? He's a defense attorney!
If I ever needed one, I want a good one that takes his/her job every bit as seriously!

The mother of a little boy who has been missing since December 2009 is set to be released from prison Friday...

According to records from the Arizona Department of Corrections, Johnson had two disciplinary infractions during her time in prison -- one having to do with contraband and the other described as "misuse of mail." Both were considered minor.

Once released from prison, Johnson, who turns 28 this month, will be on probation for four years.

...In another strange turn of events, the man who wanted to adopt Gabriel has also died. Payson police say they are investigating Jack Smith’s death as suspicious.

We’re told on July 7th Smith was involved in a single vehicle roll over crash.

He was taken to the hospital then released.

The next morning, his wife Tammi called 911 claiming her husband was having a seizure.

Jack Smith was pronounced dead at the hospital.

Payson is waiting on an autopsy report and toxicology report to come back. They wouldn’t comment any further on the investigation...

Information worthy of serious investigation and a fair amount of sleuthing. What was he doing in Payson? Where is Payson? The plot thickens....poor Gabriel, I pray he is not with anyone who shares DNA with any of these people.

I just read this poor excuse for a "human" was released from prison. I am heart broken that Gabriel was betrayed by both his bio and adoptive mothers [insert teeth grind here] and that his father will never know where this precious child is.
