It's a repost. 2 of the girls have been identified, both alive. I didn't see any pictures I haven't seen before.

So I've been moving through a lot of Alcala's photos to kind of study them in clusters. Here are some things I saw as I looked:
This girl looks fine here, and at first glance, she looked fine here to me as well:
But looking to the left of the image at her neck. I'm not going to zoom in, although I did here just so I could see for myself. What did he do to this girl? Are these scratch marks, burn marks, what are they? Are my eyes playing tricks on me, are they just stray hairs or tatoos? To me, they look like wounds. It looks like he may already have had something around her neck. Also, there's something that looks like a bolt near the (?) wounds, and that's not imo an earring. I also doubt it's a hairclip because it wasn't there in the prior image. I'm starting to wonder if he didn't electrically shock some of the people in his "shoots" because in other images of the room with his music equipment (where girls are wearing headphones with the same types of bolts) there's a device in the corner that looks like it could be a power source and lots of wires dangling and clustered (along with a chain). Let me see if I can get that image in here, too. It's in the corner atop the tall table.


I know the idea of actual electrical "shocking" sounds "out there," but Alcala was quite the horror, my recollection is that he did use pretty elaborate means to torture, and there's imo no reason for that little bolt to be there in those images, that girl in the first two images is not wearing headphones, and she has what look to me like (?) wounds on her neck.

Also, I think he drugs the people in the images. His "hospitality" often includes snacks and drinks, based on what I see in other images, too, I think it might include other options beyond liquor. The people in the pictures often look much, much more relaxed than they did earlier.

Am now pretty sure the beach photos were for the most part in CA, I couldn't figure it out for a very long time, thought they might have been NY, but I see the girl with the donkey (flowered wreath, donkey wearing jewelry) had Nordic garb, and someone in one of the beach shots has a musical instrument associated with Nordic tradition and with the same symbols, so based on that, I'm thinking those images are connected to some single event. The cars in the beach images are clearly American, so it would imo have to be either CA or NY, and there are a lot of Scandinavian festivals in CA. Am guessing it may be beach on Sonoma coast. JMO, but almost all those indoor photos seem to be NY. Not all, but the bulk.

And trying to figure out who was the traveler in this image:
To the viewer's right, there are stacks of luggage there. Was this someone who traveled to see him? Maybe she's a flight attendant? Or is he getting ready to light out of there some time soon? Or had he just returned from some location? I think I see this same woman in other images.

Looks like some hair shadows to me. Do people really think someone who has just been abused is going to be smiling cheerfully?

Agreed, but I can't help what I see in front of me. I'm wondering if she may have been drugged. That doesn't look like hair shadows to me. Maybe it is, though, and I agree with you it would be quite strange to have her looking so giddy after something clearly so painful. Again, though, that's not what it looks like to me (necessarily) with shadows, and I would wonder about what drugs he might have given her that left her oblivious to pain.

It just looks like a shadow from her hair, and her smile is absolutely genuine. She looks flirty and happy. Hope that didn't change.

Such a good observation on the luggage. I never even noticed it, but that’s definitely luggage. There’s even a luggage tag, too bad it’s impossible to read.
Luggage and a carryon bag it looks like, with shoes or long boots sitting on top.
