It is mentioned in the Charley Project that her car was found in "unspecified location in 1995". Why not disclose where her car was found? And.. it took THREE years to locate her car? Unless someone had invested a deliberate effort to hide her car, I don't understood why it would take three years to find her car...

"At the time of her disappearance, she was suffering from depression due financial hardship. She left a note behind implying her intent to commit suicide."... if this is really the case, it would be hard to even know where to start looking for a body....

We are looking to get hold of anyone in Carmen’s family. We located a vehicle submerged on the Florida turnpike with a 1992 license plates in Miami. Skeletal remains in the driver side seat. We believe this could be her.
