Friday, November 18th:
*Status Hearing (All charges) (@ 8:30am ET) - FL – Damion Allen Tillman (23), Keven Michael Springfield (30) & Brandon Cyril Rollins (27) (July 17, 2020, Frostproof) - *Tony Lee J. “TJ” Wiggins, Jr. (26/now 28) aka John L. Wiggins arrested (7/21/20) & charged (7/23/20) & indicted (9/30/20) with 3 counts of 1st degree capital murder, tampering with evidence (F3), possession of a firearm by a convicted felon (F-2) & possession of ammunition by a convicted felon (F-2). Plead not guilty. Held without bond. DA will seek DP.
Trial set to begin on 4/3/23 with jury selection.

6/9/22: Order-Granting ex-parte motion to incur costs for confidential probabilistic genotyping expert. Next status hearing on 8/5/22. 8/5/22 Update: Next status hearing on 11/18/22.
*Arrested & charged (3/14/20) & arraigned (6/5/20) with 2nd degree aggravated battery (person uses a deadly weapon) & 3rd degree aggravated assault (deadly weapon w/o intent to kill). Plead not guilty. Bond $6K. Bonded out on 3/16/20. Bond was cancelled (7/22/20).

6/7/22: Weapons: Supplement response to Notice for Discovery. Next status hearing on 8/5/22. 8/5/22 Update: Next status hearing on 11/18/22 & mandatory docket call hearing on 11/30/22.
*Charged (12/29/21) & arraigned (2/1/22) with battery on a LE officer, Michael Felton Sumner on 12/27/21 did actually & intentionally touch or strike Sumner. Plead not guilty.

@PayrollNerd - first - any updated hearings for Robert? Last one was on 11/15/22.

And then TJ - I only have the assault w/deadly weapon coming up on 11/30/22 - so need his other ones - if they are updated yet.

@PayrollNerd - I need Robert (last hearing 11/15) & TJ's for Polk County #2020CF005654A000XX Murder / #2020CF005613A000XX Firearms & #2021CF009729A000XX Battery on LE officer. All are on 11/18/22.

I already have #2020CF002134000XX aggravated battery on 11/30/22.

The above styled cause is hereby scheduled for a status hearing on 11/18/22 & Court will consider the rescheduling of same. Next mandatory docket call hearing on 11/30/22 @ 8:29am. 11/18/22 Update: Mandatory docket call hearing vacated, next status hearing on 12/9/22.

I have Robert's & Mary's - so need to look those up!
