Her sentence will depend upon what she is convicted of. She is currently being tried on charges of first-degree murder, conspiracy to commit first-degree murder and solicitation of first-degree murder. She could face life in prison, if convicted of first-degree murder.Really quiet here. So I'll just throw something out. It looks like Katie was the big "winner" so far here. Of the $100,000 jackpot, she got about $27K after the Rivera/Garcia split. Then a car, b**bs, paychecks and no doubt more. She may be approaching $100k. It won't happen but, I would not be upset if the death penalty was on the table. She has continuously lied and obviously shown no contriteness. What will be her sentence if she is convicted and doesn't take a plea?
Seven men and seven women selected this time. Much more gender equal this time around! Too many females jurors in last trial, in my opinion.
