HIALEAH, Fla. — A retired Florida firefighter apparently shot the tires on multiple AT&T trucks because he was upset they were parked near his home, according to WSVN.

My opinion? We have GOT to crack down on abuse of firearms. At the very least, reckless discharge of a firearm should be a felony. In Florida, it's this: "The offense is generally classified as a first degree misdemeanor, with penalties of up to one year in jail or twelve months of probation, and a $1,000 fine. "
